The check-in was smooth. The lady didn't offer any advise regarding transport, places to visit, etc. The " market place " is on site. We arrived late evening, past the dinner time. We went to the market place to pick up a few things for dinner. Its very expensive and avoid it if possible. The hotel doesn't provide any breakfast, which is inconvenient. The hotel is old and needs renovation. The rooms are big and its almost like living in an apartment. Thumbs up to the cleaning ladies who clean the room everyday! Its a 15 to 20 min walk to the strip. The lift in the hotel is brilliant! We felt safe and being on the 23rd floor, it was quiet too.

Loved this hotel. Highly recommend. The snacks in the hotel store are very over priced so go to a store near by. $5 for a small bag of chips is ridiculous!

Our 3 night stay at the Hilton Grand Vacations Club was a perfect ending to our spring break trip. Check-in was easy and stress free. The staff did try to interest me in a sales session/walk-thru of the resort but it wasn't high pressure and my first "no-thanks" was accepted by the staff. We had several text messages during the staff during our visit to schedule room service and inquire about our needs. Definitely not the "pushy" or "unresponsive" behavior that we read about in other reviews. The two bedroom suite option with washer/dryer was perfect for our family of five. We had plenty of room to spread out and enjoy our down time. Although this resort sits at the southern end of the strip, transportation to and from the other locations in and around Vegas is stress-free with a dedicated ride-share pick-up/drop-off area. Self-park is easy and the parking garage is a three minute walk on the hotel property from the Lobby exit. We didn't use the amenities (Pool, Fitness Center) but the market place is convenient for last snacks or a late night meal. We will almost certainly stay here on future trips to Vegas.

We had a great stay at the Hilton Vacation on the strip. Easy parking, wonderful pool, fitness center, and great spot on the strip. It's the complete package.

Had plumbing issues (water leak) that resulted in no hot water for use for one night. Dishwasher racks were in unusable condition and needed replacement. TV broke down and needed repair

The bus picks up right out front which is nice. We had to ask for the bedding for the pullout and for shower soap/gel but they brought them right away. The pullout couch for the second bed was not comfortable and the safe didn't work. There was no fan in the bathroom.
