The room, grounds, amenities, and staff were great. Just know that upon check-in, you'll be asked about viewing properties during your stay. However, there was zero pressure when we declined. Also, be aware that this property is at the very end of the strip near the Strat and Sahara. It was actually ok with us since we really didn't want to be in the hubbub in the center of the strip.

The room was great. However the refrigerator would not stop running and I hardly slept. I wish I asked to have someone turn it off - and my stay would have been perfect. Honestly, next time I will. I love that it is nonsmoking and non-gambling. Totally worth it!

Everything was wonderful. The staff was great. The room was clean. But I woke up with bedbug bites. I’m very upset about it and I hope that I’m not bringing them home with me.

Staff was great. The floor in the room was not clean and shower drain was in the wrong spot so water pooled by our feet. This was an upgraded room so that’s odd. Also the sales pitch when we first got there was a bit over the top. Lady was friendly but a little too persistent.

The room was great . The first night was great. Hotel was clean. This was a “low season” not busy. Very quiet. UNTIL the hotel decided to put a room full of party hardy right next door to us! They were so loud and partied all night long. ONE ROOOM DOWN would have made sense. But when the hotel capacity was probably less than 10% this really bothered me THEY COULD HAVE CHOSEN ANY ROOM TO PUT THEM IN ON THAT FLOOR BUT THEY PUT THEM RIGHT NEXT DOOR IS INFURIATING. Because we specifically upgraded to a higher floor to not have this!!!

Let me first point out that when you enter the hotel it has the most wonderful, amazing, inviting smell. The staff was so attentive and on top of things that I’m rating their service a 20 out of 10. I especially loved that they would text me to find out if I had a need or to just check in. This hotel will definitely be going on the, Recommendation/ stay again list.

The hotel is clean which I appreciate. Staff is great. Price is right. Downside is you can hear the people in the next room and I had two separate groups while my stay there in which I had to call the front desk for noise well into the middle of the night. I guess my reservation I was suppose to receive a 150.00 visa gift card and the front desk upon checking in didn’t let me know that so I never received it. Huge bummer.

The rooms were in great condition and the staff were very professional and welcoming; however, would love to take the opportunity to comment on the toxic hotel floral aroma pumped into the hallways and rooms. It caused a constant headache and eyes burning the entire visit. It was awful. Wouldve been a great visit otherwise.
