No staff interaction-at all. Check in is via kiosk. We stayed in the Carson Tower for the second time it was noisy. I mean, really noisy. This is at the back of the resort and the 17th floor but still noisy. The rooms are aging, so not as glamorous as they used to be.

$400 for a room and it didn't even include access to Fremont Street Experience for New Year's Eve. Nowhere did it say tickets were needed. We don't rent a room on Fremont not to go to Fremont. It should have been very clear that Fremont was closed to the public.

The room was clean and large. It was a little dated, but it didn't affect our stay at all. Staff was great. It's seemed everyone we interacted with was professional, but friendly. I was dismayed at the resort fee. I thought all hotels on Fremont stopped charging resort fees.
