Touch points were complete failure, from check in (lost reservation) and staff blamed on customer (me)? Hotel restrooms were filthy, room carpet was dirty and spotted. No room robes. Sports book personnel were rude. Table boss did not enjoy a winning table. Booked 2 rooms and needed a late check out for 1 room due to flight delays which was denied.

I paid for a room upgrade. The room had various problems that I had to address with the front desk. They were taken care of the same day. I just felt that the phone not working and the night table not staying closed would be things that would be taken care of before arrival.
