Great hotel facility - my only issue is that there is no in-room coffee/tea included with the room rate. You have to pay for the in-room coffee as a mini-bar purchase. Seems very silly and will have me looking at another hotel for my next visit.

Tremendous fees for amenities that were under construction and not even available to use. Felt like we couldn't even live in our room because you weren't allowed to store anything or move anything without being charged another fee!! Won't go back.

Upon arriving we used the valet service. The attendant asked if we had any bags, we said yes, so he marked bags onto our ticket placed it on the dash of our vehicle and said ok and left. We left the larger bags thinking that bell service were going to bring it to our rooms, WRONG, waited about an hour no bags called the valet and asked about our bags they said.” We don’t deliver bags, only bell service” “you supposed to give your bags to bell service” . WHAT! Why the hell did the attendant ask if we had any bags, when we were going to take them in the first place !!! Beware of this when you arrive and use the valet.. then upon check in , associate named Allie took care of us checking in, very pleasant person said “I have taken care of your parking fees for your stay”...LIES!! We were delighted since she noticed it was my birthday on my ID, so we gave her some chocolates that we had brought with us to share. Allie even reviewed our booking and said again that she will be waiving our self parking fees for our stay. Upon checking out , What LIES, this Hotel will charge you for everything, not to mention the daily fees already charged for things we don’t even use,, we were charged for parking for everyday, not one day was waived. So, we asked the front desk agent to speak with a manager ok, Overnight Manager on the early hours of 11/21 named Chad came out and I asked about our parking fees. Rude,No apology , no thank you. Terrible service because of color.

the maid came to clean the room she couldn't get in she reported it to the front desk nothing was done we returned to get in our room we couldn't get in - just like the maid couldn't get in we called the desk to fix the door we waited in the hall for almost 2 hrs for them to fix the door and get us in the man that fixed the door was Excellent - David David also fixed the AC/Heater - that wasn't working either the next day we left when we came back the door wasn't working AGAIN I went down to the front desk to get help and they didn't want to send anyone up to my room to check if the key worked - so I had to got up myself and check it and then come back and tell them - YES the door and key don't work the desk Manger was not very understanding - he didn't say they were sorry or --- anything they did get the door fixed finally - about another 2 hrs of my vacation time wasted again the man that came to fix the door was excellent even the maid - Ana - was supper - more helpful than the desk the desk manager was the problem - no concept of CS they did give us discount off the bill of $120 so I guess my time was worth $30/hr I make a lot more than that and I consider my personal time on vacation to be a lot more valuable to me than that It was a beautiful facilty but the desk manager was terrible for that one reason alone I would not go back I left a hand written letter with the manager requesting he email or call me responding to my complaints I suspect it went right to the shrede

Enjoyed the hotel but felt like the resort fee was excessive. It didn’t cover any perks. Still had to pay for anything and everything you touched.

From the rooms to the casino to the restaurant a very clean and well organized establishment. The rooms were exceptional. They were large and very well appointed. For future trips to Vegas we will surely be staying at the Mandalay Bay.
