The Hotel was Nice. We had no refrigerator had to pay 20.00$ a day for it. That was a major disappointment. we were so surprised because we wanted to have one to store leftovers in. As a guest of this hotel please think about this we had to go to 2 elevators to get to our Hotel Room on the 18th floor. And a very long walk after the elevator ride. It was a gift from my fiance for my Birthday. The one thing THAT MADE us happy was the view we had was so amazing especially at night. The Mountains were beautiful during the day for a nice view. I wanted some Fish and Chips. We made we got there a few minutes before they closed and we were told they were closed because of something going on Monday morning. He was Very rude to us. He didn't even offer a to go option with the food REALLY!! We actually had to order a remote before we could watch the tv. It took a long time. No microwave!! One very positive thing was we were told we could park for $20.00 a day unlimited entrance and exits we had our Lexus With us. We did a lot of travelng went to Rupauls Drag Race Show at the Flamingo. We went to Hoover Dam. That was

Not very clean found hair all over the bathroom. Toilet kept clogging, elevators were all jacked up good luck on those.Definitely staying somewhere else next time. Thanks for teaching me you get for what you pay.

Loved the spa suite !loved the hot tub, loved the room, loved the decor and vibes. It was walkable to miracle mile shopping and other hotel casios. The one thing that sucked was checking in. They were pushing for people to check in via kiosk. I had bad experiences with kiosks in the past and wanted to stick it out with waiting for a real person.... it took 1 hour of waiting with 4 people in front of me and 1 person helping at the desk at 3:00pm ( check in time).
