The room was wonderful the casino was great however it took 15 minutes for someone to get to valet to take our luggage while it was raining. Upon checkout I called for the bell service to come and get our luggage. Disappointed no one showed up and we had to take all our luggage down to the lobby don’t think I’ll stay there again

EVERYTHING WAS FANTASTIC! ROOMS ARE VERY CLEAN, VALET/GUEST SERVICES WERE AS ALWAYS OUTSTANDING. CHECK IN WAS PERFECT.
