Our check in was not what was expected. Our first time there. Construction going on. Check in sent us the wrong direction. Got lost. She sent us the wrong way. Had to ask other staff how to find rooms. Not clearly marked. We ask for our room to be serviced each day. Was not done. Hot tub was warm. Not hot. Almost same temp as the pool. Ordered the same drink at bar each time. Got a different one each time? Lemon drop? Bathroom very dated. Bathroom needs different lighting system. Ight light? Valet and luggage carriers. Very good kind and courteous

Did not appreciate getting hit with additional charges per day. Also Wifi would have been nice that I did not need to pay $10.00 a day. The construction was only a little annoying when trying to have breakfast the jack hammering was a bit much. The room was nice and spacious.

434 and one of the managers helped us out because we had to add an extra day and let us stay in the same room. We can’t remember his name but he was great. All the staff was great check-in process was quick and easy. Love the new renovation you guys are doing.

The location of the hotel is perfect. It’s a really nice area with all the amenities nearby. Our soccer fields were 5 min from the hotel. Rooms were big and clean and the movie theatre downstairs was an easy way to get out of the room and enjoy a show. The Starbucks was easy and delicious although a little more money than driving to one.
