It was an inconvenience not having a coffee maker or microwave in the room, and not having complementary shuttle to/from the airport was disappointing. It cost $240 round trip for a taxi to/from the airport. At least have a main room near the lobby with coffee and a microwave available. I tried to reheat half of my sandwich (the next day) that I purchased at the food court but couldn’t find one annywhere. Even the food establishment I purchased it from wouldn’t let me reheat my sandwich. My transportation to the airport was at 05:30am. You can’t get any coffee anywhere in the hotel/casino until 6 am and that’s at the Starbucks. Coffee that early would have been nice. Small amenities like these would have convinced me to return to your hotel but I don’t think I ever will. Thank you.

We've stayed here a few times in the past. But the 2025 Version of Aliante was disappointing. The only positive was every single person who worked there, from front desk, to pool, to Starbucks and food court, to the maintenance man, to the housekeeping....WONDERFUL! This is no reflection at all on them. The problems are: #1--NO COFEE MAKERS IN THE ROOM, which is corporate money grubbing at it's finest if I've ever seen it. #2--Our shower was broken and instead of just moving us to another room, in a dead hotel, we had to have maintenance come in and work on it for an hour. Thankfully, we weren't in a rush to get anywhere that day or we would have not been able to shower. #3--There was a pipe burst in one of the food court restaurants that I was so excited to eat at because we don't have them in our state, but they had to close because of maintenance. #4--More money-grubbing....it's like a Motel 6 with their Wi-Fi. The service was great when you were connected to it, but they only offer it for 3 devices. Um, why? That's so cheap. So our family of 4 fought over who got the internet on their device for that day. The IT guy was as sweet as could be when I called to find out why we couldn't log off the internet and give it to someone else in the room, but you had to wait 24 hours to "reset" your 3 allowed devices. This place just had an air of "lets suck what we can out of this place and then go bankrupt or sell." People working there were great though!

Still nice but needs improvement

Beds need to be replaced. Have gotten too soft and worn. Would like to have my bed made daily. They come every other day and change sheets and make bed. For a three night stay just make the bed daily and save the water on changing sheets. Shower door didn’t close all the way. Hotel has started to show it’s age in the last few months

Great small casino, too bad smoking is allowed. Good food options- although the only breakfast restaurant was horrible - they have Starbucks to make up for it. The gentleman outside (valet) are so personable-always laughing /smiling …the ladies at the front don’t smile- no “good morning“/ “hello” when we walk by , they just look at you up and down- and we stayed 6 nights! They definitely need some better customer service! .. Overall best hotel to stay in Vegas away from all the crazy on the strip!

Property is very beautiful. Staff is friendly and welcoming. Room needs some attention. Shower was broken. Sink area and shower drain had hard water buildup. Mattress and pillows were terrible. Mattress sunk in and pillows are flat, worn out.
