Toilets are to low...should be taller. Should have refrigeater and microwaves.

There was a sewer gas odor in the first room we stayed in. Staff was good about moving us to a better room. We were disappointed there was not a hot tub in the pool area.

Worst Hampton Inn we have ever been to

Pros: Location. It was convenient to the interstate and shopping.
Cons: Everything needed work. The place was dirty, the carpets were shot. the beds were lumpy, there was no fridge or microwave. Wifi was SLOW
For years, we have stayed at Hampton on our trips. We have always expected, and got, a nice stay at very nice hotels around the western states. NOT THIS TIME. This Hampton in Vegas, even though it was supposedly only about 6 years old, was a complete wreck. The carpets in the room and in the halls were threadbare in places, torn, wrinkled, and DIRTY. The room was so-so. The beds were lumpy, There was no fridge or microwave ... which always, before this, were part of any Hampton stay. We had planned to stay for a week but the place was so bad that we checked out 3 days early and went elsewhere. I took pictures of the mess but didn't see a place on this review site to upload.

Good enough

We needed 4 rooms to accommodate 12 people for a relay race we were running the next morning. The confirmation had us set up with 4 rooms with 2 beds in each room (3 adults per room). The hotel staff could not find our reservation with the names we gave them, and didn't want to use any of the confirmation information given to us by travelocity. He wasn't very focused on us and tried to take care of 3 check ins at the same time. I respect the desire, but it made a huge mess for everyone. We also asked for a wake up call (3AM). We had to be out the door and on the road by 3:15AM. Wake up call never came. Luckily we woke up early enough (2:55AM), we walked out of the room at 3:15 and never got the call.

This hotel was the perfect location for our family.

Pros: Free breakfast, Close restaurants, Free Internet, Quiet
We were in Las Vegas for a weekend soccer college showcase tournament. Most of the soccer fields were within an easy 20 minute drive. The room was spacious with internet access and the bathroom large and well stocked with fluffy towels. Self serve breakfast downstairs dining area was delicious and a breeze. We loved the waffle machine, fresh fruit and other healthy tasty choices that enabled us to eat quickly and get to our daughter's early morning games on time!

Great Hotel

I enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The hotel is new and has great beds and a very friendly staff. Can't wait to come back!
