Not quite what you expect from a Las Vegas hotel

The hotel room was nice in appearance but had sme problems that really marred the stay. The toliet would not flush properly at all. We had the staff up there twice to un-stop it. The repair guy said it was an issue with the new toilets and that were modifying all of them with power flushs. Add insult to injury my wife was taking a shower and the water completed stopped! It stayed off for almost a minute before it came back on. The room ac would not cool the room even at lowest temp.setting. The room only got cool at night around 2 in morning. The tv was annoying also. If you use the remote you could not power off the set! You cut off the tv with the remote it would restart! You had to power it off with tv power switch. The only saving grace was that the room was clean and the staff were helpful. One other note is that wifi is not free. It was $8.00 for a 24 hour period. All the other hotels (3) we stayed in the past 6 days the wifi was free.

4 Queens is OK

Pros: Quiet. No resort fee. Fridge in room. Free validated parking nearby. Clean room and clean bathroom.
Cons: Hallways are beat up and well worn. TV has few channels.
Location: Casinos downtown. Fremont Street Experience.
Room was clean and comfortable. Fridge included, which is nice. For some reason, we got a handicap accessible room which made it big so the TV was quite far from beds. Shower was odd because of the accessible chair feature that gave us no shelves for shampoo or soap. Hot water in shower was spotty. Handicap accessible shower also had a water wand that was annoying and hard to fix into a usable position. We would have requested a change to a different room, but this one was actually quiet even with Fremont Street band noise. So, it was weird and not a great room, but it was quiet so we kept it.

We stayed in the north tower which is very old and not updated section. I have physical challenges and the room is not ADA accessible. The bathroom door was not white enough to fit my walk her through and the toilet was way too low to the ground. Definitely not ADA accessible. To be fair I should’ve asked more questions and perhaps stayed in the other tower.

Nice hotel on Fremont Street!

Pros: The friendly and helpful staff made the stay great!
Cons: Better cooling and ventilation in the hallways and elevators. Decrease of smoke smell in the casino.
Location: Great location downtown on Fremont!!! Easy access to public transportation (bus) which is very clean and easy to use.
Although there was construction, our stay was very nice. The staff was very friendly and helpful, beds were comfortable, rooms were clean, and the bathroom was a nice size for two. The casino was very clean.

Maybe nice if I was 30 years younger.

Pros: Magnolias was a awesome restaurant with great service and food..
Cons: Total renovation or spend more money to get a better room not in the north tower.
Location: Location was great, four casinos next to each other, and the experience of Fremont St. was pretty cool
We stayed in the north tower overlooking Fremont street (4th floor). It was so loud in the room until maybe 2:00am,and the windows rattled with the partying going on down on the street, and the constant beating of the bucket drummers. There was a nasty smell of old bar room smoke and booze through out the hallways. The AC in our room sucked, and the bathroom tub barely drained. We could hardly get a drink ..
