We arrived mid morning and were traveling with my mom who uses a walker. My older aunt was also with me. Parmina at the front desk was so helpful and kind. She let us check in early and gave us adjoining rooms so could help folks get situated. We got a little break before going out to lunch. Everyone at the casino we spoke with from the valet to the hotel manager were friendly and kind. There were four ladies in our party who were treats and felt like true Four Queens! Mahalo to the Four Queens!

The Hotel is in a nice and vibrant area. There's lots of activity with street vendors, food, and music blasting to enjoy. However, the presence of numerous homeless people walking and begging is unfortunate. Now, as far as the Hotel itself, for its age, it was adequate, and the Casino part was ok, but the smoke smell was very noticeable. We liked our room, which had everything we needed. It was somewhat clean, and the bed was comfortable. The AC was cold, and the view of an adjacent rooftop was ok. The daily room maid service was terrible; we never met our maid, nor did he or she attempt to greet us. They turned down our room 2 out of the 5 days there (We did not have the "Do Not Disturb" sign hanging either). We had to call the front desk for towels every time. The front desk agents were not that friendly, and one had an attitude as if we were bothering her. Overall, we will not stay there again..
