Had a room near the elevator and could hear it all day and night. I would just recommend asking for a room not near an elevator. Had a time there and would stay again.

We were greeted by Manni? (I believe) upon arrival.. She was very friendly, and helped us get acquainted with everything. We stayed for a week, saw some great shows, ate some great food, did a ton of walking. When we first arrived, we noticed in the hallway near our room, there was a blob or smear about a foot long, on the wainscotting,, looked like it had been there for quite some time as there was dust on it.... it was still there when we left.... there was a room service tray that sat in the hallway for 2 days, near the ice machine.. Our room lights had dust on them, and bathroomcleaning was hit and miss. Although the convenience of the Four Queens in regard to location, where we wanted to be in Old Vegas was superb,,, I believe we will book at another Hotel in the future.

The hotel was under construction so it wasn’t pleasing to hear the sound when in the casino. Our room didn’t have a refrigerator, we had to ask for one. We also didn’t have a microwave. But I was told that is common around there. Also we expected it to be more upgraded, like WiFi, a pool, etc. which the Four Queens doesn’t have.

On day 1, the room was right above Fremont experience on. As you walk in to the room, they have ear plugs on the desk. I didn't read any reviews that says it was going to be loud in the room. I was unable to sleep all night they did not have another room for me right away. The room they had they wanted to charge me extra. It's supposed to be a non-smoking room and it reeks of cigarettes, most of it came out from the vent. The friend this girl Christina was extremely rude. My friend was really sick and we needed we waited about a half an hour to get into the room, because the fundus lady did not give us the correct key. I will never go back there.

rude desk clerk

Pros: Don't know since I spent all my waking hours at The Fremont, I was just turned off from the beginning..
Cons: When one makes a reservation 2 months in advance, what is the reason for putting down a special request if you don't really care.
Desk clerk was very rude. When asked why we didn't have handicap shower that was on request, he replied that rooms couldn't be saved until we checked in, one gets what is available. Then he repeatedly said to bring him back food if we went out to eat. He was a smart crack. That impression made me do all my gambling at The Fremont.
