The Hotel is convenient to The Village but it is not well maintained. The spa offered a great massage but the facility is not comfortable and not maintained.

The surrounding area is beautiful and the overall look is magnificent. The people working at the hotel are very kind. But there hotel is wearing quite a bit. They didn’t provide turnover service without request and they were bugs all over our coffee table. When we asked for assistance, all they did was Spray down the table and the floor, they didn’t even wipe it up. Overall, the experience was a little less than expected as I’ve stayed there before, and it was nicer then.

My recent stay at the Hilton Lake Las Vegas Resort and Spa was quite enjoyable, offering a comfortable and refreshing experience. The rooms were impressively clean and spacious, providing ample room to unwind. The beds were exceptionally comfortable, ensuring a much-needed good night's rest after a day of activities. A particular highlight was the excellent shower pressure. It's become increasingly common to find hotel showers with little more than a trickle, so the strong, invigorating water flow at the Hilton Lake Las Vegas was a welcome change and truly appreciated. The only minor drawback we encountered was a sewer-like smell in the lobby hallway. We weren't sure what was causing it, but it was noticeable in that specific area. Overall, despite the slight issue with the hallway odor, our stay was very positive. We would certainly consider returning for another relaxing getaway.

I spent one night here for a quick staycation, and I was truly impressed by the outstanding service, highlighted by the thoughtful birthday card waiting in my room. However, I encountered an unpleasant odor when entering the building from the parking garage, reminiscent of sewage. It seemed to be masked by a sweet air freshener, but the combination was less than pleasant. The rooms were generally clean and tidy, though they felt somewhat outdated. I appreciated the stunning views and enjoyed the vintage ambiance, but the furniture and linens could use some upgrades for added comfort. My bed felt a bit stiff, and the outlets near the bed were not easily accessible. Additionally, the lamp on the table flickered whenever something was placed on the side table, and I noticed a constant drip from the bathtub. On a positive note, I spent a lovely time at the beautiful pool, although I was surprised to find that it was only 3.5 feet deep. While this wasn't a major issue, it was unexpected. Overall, my stay was decent, but I’m uncertain if I would choose to return to this property in the future.

I LOVE THIS PROPERTY BECAUSE IT IS AWAY FROM THE STRIP & BRINGS A PEACE OF MIND. WHAT I DON'T LIKE ABOUT THIS PROPERTY IS THAT IT'S LIMITED WITH IT'S AMENITIES & STORES CLOSE EARLY. COME ON NOW THIS IS LAS VEGAS AND PEOPLE ARE HERE WITH THEIR FAMILIES. IF YOU STAY OPEN PEOPLE WILL MOST LIKELY COME 💯

Walking the long stretch into the hotel from the parking garage smelled entirely of a mixture of chlorine and backed up sewer. That was our first impression. The room looked beautiful and it was pretty clean. However, getting to it was neverending due to every winding hallway. I thought we might need our GPS. There is not a direct route into or around the hotel. Beginning from the parking garage to the room on floor 6. We appreciated the free bottles of water, but never did find an ice machine. The bed wasn't hard, but it wasn't soft either. Only one side of the bed had an outlet for charging your phone. Many knobs we're missing from cabinets and drawers. The AC was iffy. We set it for 68 and it never got there. With 105 outside, 72 in the room still felt hot. One of the sinks didn't drain properly. The shower never fully got warm. It took forever to go from very cold to just colder than lukewarm. Hubby said when he showered it became just a bit more than lukewarm. Another surprise was the $38.50 "resort fee". I'm still not sure what that fee went to. Maybe my water wasn't free after all.
