Clean nice rooms upon arrival, after that maid didn’t clean our room on the 3rd day, no coffee maker in room, no mini fridge and the bathroom was so small if you were on the toilet you can’t open the door, barely enough room to undress to take a shower. The air conditioning was loud and noisy all the time and would wake me up in the middle of the night. No little body wash soap just shampoo and bar soap.

trouble with tub/shower it was cloged up it was taking alot of time for the water to drain away worst part was the tub actually started filling up with dirty water from another room , called the front desk and no one picked up I went to the front desk and advised them about the issue they sent someone over while I went to freemont st. came back and they did a mess in the tub while I wasnt there , casino is pretty much empty , employees at the casino have a very bad attitude I asked a simple question "Is there any promotions or perks when its your birthday ? Since it was my wifes birthday the lady rolled her eyes and smerked she said no there is not " like if she was offended with my question , no wonder the casino was empty with that attitude after that we went to every other casino but there , we will not stay again at this place , only up side was the room service lady did do a excellent job room was left very clean everyday , next trip will be staying at the luxor , excaliber or paris for shure took the time to see there casinos and they were packed and full of players and cocktail waitresses not afraid to walk up and ask if you needed anything

Right at the end of Fremont, perfect.

Pros: The rooms were clean and beds were comfy. Staff was WONDERFUL. Super helpful with everything, and very nice about it too.
Cons: The timeshare reps in the lobby were super annoying. I had to tell one no, three times, and she still chased me down. Not cool.
Location: Right at the end of Fremont Stree - great location. Also a quick walk to the Mob Museum and other casino's just off Fremont.
Clean room, friendly staff, very accommodating. Will stay again.

Close to downtown

We chose this hotel for its lower price. The room was comfortable. Pillows were small. Great value for the money.

clean, good view needs an update.

Pros: great view of downtown if your on the north side of the south tower.
Cons: some of the room could be updated
Location: lots of things nearby the fremont experience the mob museum 10 other casinos within walking distance.
The room seemed nice not exactly like the pictures in the add, could use an update but the view was better than expected and the staff kept it very clean. With in walking distance of almost everything down town. Did not like having people in the lobby trying to sell me time shares or what ever but the overall experience was a good one and would recommend to a friend. Also ate at Oscars one night and the food was top shelf and the service was great.

Nothing good can come of cockroaches in your room

The shower was “gravity powered” (and by this I mean it barely generated enough water to wash my face. I’d have had better luck washing in the sink). Found cockroaches in the bathroom and brought them to the reception desk. Received a decidedly “who cares” attitude from the staff and no real solution. Sooo much cigarette smoke everywhere! I was physically ill the entire time I was there. Never again if I can help it.

Unfortunate stay dirty tub

I had a reservation in your hotel on Friday evening for two deluxe rooms. This was the first time staying at your hotel, but I can assure you it will probably be the last. On Friday night at our arrival, we checked in, and the front desk person didn’t even greet us well or even create small talk. I understand people are tired and want to go home, however it’s a great opportunity to just make people feel welcome. When we got to room 1604 and 1606 we looked at the room. The bathroom tub in room 1606 looked like it had not been washed in years with as much stained grim that it had on the bottom. Room 1604 air did not work appropriately and when it finally did turn on it didn’t get any cooler than 70! Over night, room 1606’s toilet kept refilling the bowl, so a very annoying sound after a full day of activities. Lastly, we were not warned that there was construction going on which started early (before 5am) in the morning. This is something that you should tell the people staying at the hotel. After making a point to tell the front desk, they dismissed it without further review or consideration. When we thought we could have breakfast at hash house, the hostesses were extremely rude and unaccommodating.
