No privacy, next door neighbor had access. Security called three times because fighting and loudness from neighboring room. No none smoking rooms available. Garage full and no available smoking spaces. Stay was a cluster and nightmare.

Awesome location, room was quiet and clean. I booked a king bed with room facing Fremont (East) and got 2 queen beds facing South. Still beautiful views. The deal was awesome though, with a 97% occupancy rate in Vegas on New Years Eve I felt I got a real deal. This is my 3rd stay at the Plaza.

Parking was horrible, as parking seems to be overflow every evening. The room staying experience wasn't to great either. Our stay was a week long stay and we had to change three room. Frist room they put us right behind the elevators and all night long all you hear is the elevator. Second room there was water damaged and we were force to move within one night. Very bad experiences. Maybe should had pay a little more with the resorts fees and stay at a newer hotel.

I moved twice and settled on the third room after talking to the duty manager. First two rooms had mold on the bathtub seals and walls. There was no hot water on two seperate days.

The front desk associate was very courteous and friendly. She even gave us an upgrade. Music plays very loudly in the downtown area so sleeping early can be more difficult for light sleepers.

Room was disgusting! Changed rooms 5 times in 2 hours - kept sending me to rooms already occupied. Tried to contact management upon return home - no response. Will NEVER stay at Plaza again!!

Deadbolt on room didn't work, one lamp didn't work, no tissues in room (had to ask for a box from the front desk), corner lamp was missing near the tv, terrible lighting in the bathroom so I could hardy put on my makeup. The outside construction noise and the trains running right next to my room made it hard to sleep. The small deli resturant had only a small menu and didn't even have some of the things listed and was vastly overpriced. Will not stay there again.
