The only problem I had was when we first checked in the room. The front desk helped was awesome. She was the sweetest person ever when we got in the room. The next morning turned on the light roaches running everywhere in the kitchen call the front desk. And she got right on it and took care of everything, even gave us money off on the room.Thank you

It was very quiet, clean and the beds were so comfy. Lots of room. The staff was amazing. Toilets clogged and housekeeping only on request. Very strict with guests coming in. Overall great stay. Close to shopping.

Nice place, staff is great. Anike (I think that’s how you spell it)gave my daughter a birthday goodie bag at check in as she was celebrating her 11th birthday. Our only complaint was that we had no heat in our room. The three day we were there we slept in our coats. It was freezing.

Elevators were down half the stay, our sink had a leak and they had to come change the garbage disposal, and when I let the staff know that the stay was a little rocky, they just said sorry without offering to make it a better experience. Not sure we will be back.

Cleaning lady left my room door open when g I arrived back to my room that evening! Kevin night manager was made aware, said security would be up-never happened, talked to front desk in the am and was told that Kristen day manager would call at after 9 am and no call! Would like my money back for Sat!!!

The room was old, the “kitchen” was tiny, the gas stove/oven smelled the room like propane, the elevator kept not working for several days, on checkout day we ran downstairs to take a load of our stuff and we had to wait on the lone working elevator, by the time we got back up to the room to grab our last load of food, the staff had already gone in and thrown it all away. It was 10:07am.

Let me start with the positive first . This is a great place as far as the rooms and set up . The bathtubs are huge and it’s pretty quiet around there as well . We had an issue with the air conditioning the first night and the maintenance man came quickly and fixed the problem. He was probably the nicest person of the staff we encountered at this place. The other staff was not very friendly and acted as if we was a bother to them and talked to us as if we was beneath them or as if we were children. I would rather stay some where like motel 6 and pay less money just to have personable staff . I spent over $1300 dollars at this place and I am almost guarantee that I won’t be back just because of the staff.
