We showed up late at night with 3 kids and were given keys to a room already occupied with other guests. We called the front desk who put us on hold for 5 minutes. In the meantime my kids were crying and laying on the dirty ground because they were so tired. They eventually got us into another room but I am now terrified someone could easily come into our room. We got zero sleep and had booked a certain room and received a completely different room. All in all we will not be coming back.

Got to room B and a/c panel was on the ground exposed ac duct unit which made the room smell musty, room a, toilet clog right away, there was hair on my pillow and bed area and some towels. Carpet not vacuumed thoroughly
