This place would have been great if it wouldn’t have been for the very aggressive time share salespeople . They not only cold called me soliciting I go to a 90 minute “presentation” they also scolded me multiple times wanting me to agree to buying into their timeshare when I knew it wasn’t right for me financially. I was not there 90 minutes , I was there over 3 hours . This has affected my future plans to stay there . Please do not let their sales people lure your into any presentation. I considered if abuse by how aggressive they were

I really liked the hotel room. It was like an apartment with all its amenities. You don't have to drive far to find a place to eat either. The rooms were quiet but the elevators got quite busy during check out time. Also parking was hard to find Fri. night because Beyonce was in town.

I have been staying at this location for over 15 years now and renovations/updates to the facility do not look like they have occurred over the years. Things look dated, doors were coming off, resources supplied for the kitchen have not been replaced and were missing (Dishes, pans, and eating utensils). It took three attempts to finally get settled in my rooms as the first rooms assigned were dirty and had not been cleaned, the second rooms smell strongly of backed up sewer, and finally the third rooms were okay, but still were missing items needd for my stay.

Our room got flooded due to washing machine leak. The drain line was clogged up, maintenance left a huge mess of wet towels and room carpet was soaking wet. We left the Hotel to give them time to clean ip and finish. We got back about hours ago, and it was still messy. They moved us to another room, but it took one hour to get the card keys. Such a terrible experience.

We loved the area away from the strip. The price was affordable during EDC weekend. We loved the size of the rooms & that it had a living room, table to eat at with a kitchen. This is where we will stay in the future! The gameroom was fun and it was chilly to get in the regular pool but the jaccuzzi was perfect. The staff was nice & the computer room was easy to use. Thank you for a pleasant stay!!

Beautiful spacious room and very comfortable. The rates are very good for what you get. I was a bit disappointed the first night as the hair dryer didn't work and I needed it to get ready for a show. The phones didn't work in the room so I had to figure out how to get through to the front desk for help. They sent maintenance up in a timely manner to replace the hairdryer but it was too late for me to get ready so I had to wear a ball cap.
