If you love Elvis, this hotel is the spot for you. Elvis memorabilia everywhere in the lobby. We stayed in the East wing (more updated). We had a double room with 2 queen beds. Bed was comfortable, but pillows were to 'mushy'. Shower was good, but minimal hot water in the bathroom sink. You would think they are all connected, but hot water was scarce in the sink. Bathroom door had a hard time staying latched. Had to pull the door up to latch it. Parking fee is $10/day prepay. Would I stay there again? Yes, specifically for access to play golf at the Las vegas Country Club for a deal at $75 per player. Will try to stay in their themed upper penthouse suites next time.

Travelocity misled me about getting a free room for booking a flight. The room was not as described. The first room had water in the fridge, no microwave, lumpy mattress, dirty dresser, dusty windows (couldn’t even take clear pic of view). So management moved me. The second room was freezing. Maintenance said that the temp was stuck at 66 degrees. The person changed the setting. The counter had a sticky substance on it. I cleaned it. There is a bug on the ceiling (remnants of a spider? Bug in a cocoon? Not sure. The desk mgr who switched me to this room was dismissive. Not sure what the red asterisk is for - other than not accepting responsibility. I’m put off by the lack of concern. A chat bot suggested I pay a fee to have a consult with someone to resolve this. Why can’t Travelocity resolve this? I was supposed to be enjoying Las Vegas - having an ongoing issue.

Stellar staff and customer service. Lotsa cowboys stayed here if thats what you want to see during NFR. Highly recommend Sid's for breakfast or brunch. Not a bad thing on the menu

The hotel was okay and seemed so be somewhat renovated. However, the walls are very thin and the casino is not impressive. Our favorite part of the room was the rainfall shower. I did like the easy access to the monorail right outside the main entry and the food court and coffee shop were really good.

The one saving grace was the sportsbook and their staff although you walked into the bathroom and got punched in the face with the smell of urine. Otherwise, just a negative feel, staff not pleasant like they were mad they were there. We went there for 2 things, Barry Manilow (cancelled his show) and the buffet (no more buffet). Doubt we will go back.

Although cancellation of concert was not their fault, and they did comp us for a different show, staff attitude was generally not good. there was an underlying sense of annoyance and being put out. When I inquired about a glass of wine I'd ordered before the motown show (when I noticed the waitress taking orders and delivering drinks to folks who had arrived after i'd ordered my wine) she snapped "I have your order, do you see that line at the bar?" Similar attitudes from other staff ate customer service desk, coffee bar and Sid's hostess. EXCEPTION - Cheryl at front desk during checkout was WONDERFUL! Professional, efficient, effective and pleasant. Considering the line at the desk for wrestle mania arrival guests, she was quite impressive. Craig at the front desk was nice, but had not followed through on removing a charge and re-keying for late checkout. Girl at WOW desk also nice. But these three were really the exceptions when it came to attitude. Staff generally came across as put-upon and annoyed. Shower was AWFUL. Low pressure; and no way to adjust pressure without also changing temperature. Room was nice, but only one tiny wastebasket in bathroom. None by the desk. No bathmat.
