The hotel was dated, staff was so/so, the air conditioner was on high but the room was still warm and the bed sunk in the middle. Not to mention the pillow felt like cotton balls thrown into a pillow case. I will say the hotel was clean.

Hotel was very clean but older hotel that could use updating. The hotel smelled like smoke in the lobby but no where else. Room was huge with kings size beds was very nice.

Stay was very good over all. Kid friendly we have a 6 year old and a 15 month old baby and felt comfortable waking by the casinos area. The room was spacious clean and comfortable. The only problem we had was the toilet kept on getting clogged up. Called the front desk and they sent someone with a plunger but couple hours later it got clogged again. I notify the front desk upon checking out.

Things I liked about this hotel: the rooms were large and the beds were large. It had a lot of extra space and even like a closet area for our stuff. I loved the view of Lake Mead from our room and the sunrise was phenomenal. The staff was also very kind. Things I didn’t particularly like: it is not a kid friendly hotel- even though it says “great for families” on Expedia. The cafe is closed, so they have a few restaurants, but you can only go in if you are 21 to any of them! There is like a little convenience store in the middle which was clean but there was hardly any snacks- just chips/ candy. They have things listed on the menu: corn dog bites, chicken etc, but they didn’t have ANY of those things. My kids ate chips and slurpees for dinner. I also didn’t like that there was not a safety lock on the door. This was hotel #7 on this particular trip and all other hotels had a safety lock from the inside on the door. I didn’t like that staff could have potentially walked in at any moment. I travel alone with 4 kids so this was a huge bummer. Also, for some reason, they requested the names of all my kids. I didn’t like that at all- felt like a violation of my privacy.

Lots of snacking options within the property but the restaurant was closed and website had not been updated to reflect that. Check-in and check out was quick and efficient. Glad we didn’t have to pay for parking like many other properties charge. Overall it was all very average. Nothing terrible, nothing amazing.

This looked really nice, the employees were very friendly, but the restaurants dont exist and the pool was chained, and that was the last straw. They said it was closed for the rest of the day due to monsoon warnings, but that was a stretch!! The arcade, half the games were off. In the gym, the air conditioner was pouring water on the carpet. All ice machines were down, but the front desk gives ice. The carpet needs replaced throughout. The rooms need updated. The bar and slot machines looked nice but we weren't there for that.

Our experience at this hotel was terrible. Filthy, including a huge amount of gnats. The first room they gave us hadn’t been serviced. The second one had, but was still not as clean as it should have been. Gnats buzzing around and crawling on us all night! There were even gnats in the supposedly clean, folded towels! The AC didn’t keep the room comfortable. The main restaurant had been shut down without warning, and it wasn’t possible to get anything to eat from the other on-property restaurants, despite them being 24/7. I went to their Mexican restaurant and was told they don’t really have much food. The Asian restaurant said the same, and they were really just serving drinks to gamblers. I was completely ignored by three employees as I stood at the counter in the “general store.” It’s obvious the casino is what keeps this place afloat. We won’t be back, even a tent would be better.
