Hotel staff were great super friendly would definitely stay here again. It’s very convenient that the hotel is right off the freeway. Went to eat at Ojos Locos restaurant SERVICE WAS HORRIBLE chicken wings were bomb, margaritas were great, we got sat right away then waited about 30min before having to go up to the hostes to let her know that nobody has came up to take our drink order, by that time we ordered food and drinks, then we had to wait another 30minutes for our food and never got checked up on after they brought us our food. We then ordered the CHURRO ICECREAM and had to wait another 30+ min and a complaint later we got the icecream it was half way melted but the churro was at least good. Manager wasn’t very helpful kept making excuses as why the servers couldn’t wait on us, but the entire time we watched multiple servers chilling on their phone or laughing away with one another.

when I told the front desk I had a service animal he cursed and was clearly upset and told me I had to sleep in downgraded room because of my service animal, he was rude and made me feel unwelcome. The room was exactly what I would have paid for had I booked the cheaper room, we won’t be coming back

Had a great work stay at Hotel Jefe at the Ojos Locos Casino. Wonderful Employees and Management both in the Hotel and the Casino. Ultra clean rooms, super hot showers and the Housekeeping Team was so nice. A highlight was both the food and Team in the Cantina in the casino which made my work stay absolutely fantastic. Every dish the Team recommended and got me to check out was totally off the charts DELICIOUS!

Front desk not so friendly. Hotel it self needs to be more appealing to the eye the only thing that I really like was the elevator. Bathroom was dirty I had forgotten to pack my hair dryer hotel did not have one. Would not recommend the casino area was nice and clean.

I stayed here with my almost 14-year-old chocolate lab and was harassed by four different security guards. One of them said,” get that beast on a leash.” he was on a leash, he can barely walk, he has got tumors all over him, and I was picking up his diarrhea. And the security guard had the nerve to say that. The next day I was walking my dog in the bushes along the out door areas, and a security guard said there’s a little dog area over there. And I said I know there weren’t poop bags there the other day and I let them know when they restocked it so thank you. He’s like well you you know you shouldn’t be here and I said excuse me, is this an off-limits area for pets? And he said well it’s just not best. I continue to challenge this because I’m just walking my elderly dog so he can relieve himself. Then this security guard called me a “bit$h and a di€k” so I reported him. The Security supervisor was very nice to me, the hotel manager Joe was extremely nice to me. They refunded me that night and I canceled the following night so that I got that refund but it was 830 at night and I wasn’t gonna go try to find another hotel so he let me stay that night and I was reimbursed. Joe, Damian and Montse were all very helpful, understanding, offer their apologies and friendly.
