From checking in to a room that smells horribly of smoke, this will be the last time we stay with GSR. When calling the front dest, told that only solution would be for maintenance to come and spray chemical to "refresh" I am already feeling ill and offer to move.

Gross rooms and lots of charges beyond the cost on

Hotel room was gross. Food crumbs everywhere in room. Lots of Stains on furniture and pee stains on mattress. Over 90 bucks in additional fees beyond the total given on hotel.com. Charged after check out, no mention of resort fee’s at check in. $40 dollar “upgrade room” fee on hotel.com Rez.
