First was told my room was canceled on the 6th and the person at the front deck didn’t care about third pard reservations. After giving the person my confirmation # he found it and got me checked in. It seem it was a day off fir this person which he needed to talk with his boss not tell the guests. This morning the young lady did a great job with helping getting breakfast food out and serving guests what they wanted with a smile.

This hotel is amazing starting from the employees to their room and amenities. For the price, it’s not bad. The design of room is very classy. Fell in love with it the moment I first laid my eyes on it. The location is pretty awesome too. Lots of restaurants, gas stations and shopping plaza nearby.

Great stay!... bed was very mattress are soft comfortable top. Rooms are in excellent condition today. This is a new area up and coming away from the Downtown strip, everything is near and convenient you can walk to restaurants and stores and the night was very quiet... I would stay here again! However this is COVID-19 times.

The hotel itself is brand new and the queen suites are huge. The rooms are really nice. My issue was with the management and staff. We had booked a queen suite with 2 queen beds and a sleeper sofa for our party of 2 adults and 5 kids but when we arrived at 2:15 am they only had a king suite left. I told the front desk guy at check in that we would need a rollaway and after waiting an hour in the middle of the night we finally got the rollaway. The gal working the desk the next morning got us moved into a queen suite at 9am...hard to believe someone had checked out that early and the room was already turned over by 9am. The morning after that, at 8:15 we went down for continental breakfast and there was a lobby full of people waiting for their advertised continental breakfast and not a single thing in the way of breakfast was out. After waiting about 10 minutes they had breakfast out but were so incredibly rude to everyone, kids included. Snapping at people to move and loudly grumbling and complaining when someone would ask for utensils or bowls for cereal or lids for coffee cups. This hotel REALLY needs to focus on better training their staff on good customer service or replace the staff they have and offer their jobs to people that would appreciate them better.
