The fan didn’t work in the room and no one came to fix it after telling them it needed fixed. It was super hot. Didn’t like the door to the adjoining room because the people next door were super loud. Just seemed old and dated and not very clean. Would not stay here again

Hotels.com seems committed to upfront pricing, which I love. When I arrived in Reno, I was extremely tired and, as usual, the clerk took my driver's license and ran my credit card. When I checked out in the morning I was surprised and unhappy to see that I'd been charged a hotel fee of $47. I will never stay at that place again. In addition to the surprise charge, I was also disappointed in the run-down feel of the place. The owners have clearly invested in lots of equipment for gamblers, but the walls in the hallways in the casino are have wallpaper and artwork from the 1970s that should have been replaced 35 years ago. The other thing I hated was the Coke machines. They have no prices so I don't know if I got charged $2 or $20 for a can of soda pop. The elevator in the parking garage was also in bad shape. Again... an aging facility that needs more investment to make it more competitive.

It was a decent stay

The person who checked up in was not friendly or gave information about charges or anything about the hotel. I had questions about valet and she could not help me instead she told me to go to bell office which was a ways away and I was already running late and had no time for.

I was told there is parking available. On Saturday the 18th I left the property and when I returned there was NO parking in any of the three lots. I literally looked for one hour and fifteen minutes. There was a crawl or drinking event and all spaces were taken. I feel as a guest I should have parking priority or if the least been told there would be limited parking on my return. This was very upsetting. I did ask to speak to a manager and was told no one in until Monday morning. The response was "sorry a very busy event" I feel this was not represented properly. When you are told parking was available it should have been available to guests and not drinkers and partiers.

My room was completely gross. There was still dirt all over the bathroom looked like the toilet hadn’t even been cleaned. The sink had brown dirt all over the bowl. The beds look like somebody had just sat in them. And it smelled like sewer.

The only thing I don't like about staying here is the long walk to the Skytower rooms. And the elevator wasn't working correctly when we were checking out so we ended up hauling our luggage down 11 flights of stairs

Seems to be on its way to junk

It’s very old and badly needs an update . I guess you get what you pay for. Next time will spend an additional $20 for a better place . The AC was bad and I could not sleep as it seems to have a mind of its own. Paint peeling and the service was decent .
