The fan didn’t work in the room and no one came to fix it after telling them it needed fixed. It was super hot. Didn’t like the door to the adjoining room because the people next door were super loud. Just seemed old and dated and not very clean. Would not stay here again

Waited in line for 20 minutes for an elevator to get to my room. Only 3 of the 6 were operating. Several escalators were not functioning. Overall, everything in the hotel and casino needs updating.

When we arrived at checkin time they had a line Disneyland line setup that went back and forth all the sy to the entry door with only 4 staff checking in customers. None of the elevators worked most of the weekend. And to make matters worse they had a water pipe break and tiles dropping from the weight of all the water keeping us from going to our room.

Elevators were not reliable. Had to use stairs at times to get to and from 17th floor. Long lines for elevators. Garage elevator doors wouldn't close most of the time, elevators dirty, furniture beat up, wallpaper pealing, wayer sewage leak in hallway to mm elevator banks with big fans blowing and the smell was not pelasant. Staff was friendly. We had a bad experince years ago and said we'd never stay here again, but we gave it a second chance as we had our grandkids with us. Very disappointed, again.

The house keepers don’t speak English, our last one actually had words on her phone in English to explain why she knocked on our door We were with our disabled Aunt,they put us on the 28th floor….they have 6 Elevators, however 3 DO NOT WORK !! And the other 3 DO NOT GO TO THE 28th Floor !! I have to take stairs to the 27 th and call it up to 28 !! If a fire 🔥 how do I get my aunt down 28 floors ??? A maintenance guy said the Hotel has has ON-SITE Elevator Company because they break down so often !! If you are walking around the Casino floor you will find NO EMPLOYEES TO ASK QUESTIONS !! The Security guys are Great !! But they are all about 80 yrs old ! Our bathroom on the 5th floor ( we moved) has 5 bathrooms lights…only 2 work at a time and the shower has a head that Sprays like a Sand Blaster !! Will we come back ???? NEVER !!!👎

Everything was good except for the ridiculous line to take the elevator up to the rooms. We had to take the steps up to the 10th floor three times. Also, the looooong walk through creepy hallways from the lobby to the elevators is very discouraging. The lobby staff was very friendly except for a couple of them. In general we had a good stay.

Overall dingy and in need of upgrades. Stayed here because our normal place was sold out and not on level for the price

Everything was Great with the rooms. … But having to wait 30 minutes in line to use the elevators at 10:45 P.M. also Sunday unable to get an elevator at check out time I’m 60 years old and had to walk from 21st floor to the second floor down the stairwell

Elevator was non op at check out time. Went down the stairs from the 22nd floor. Good thing I’m in shape but what if there were elderly people up there? Bartender was rude, machines were very tight. Good luck

Room was clean and comfortable. Hot water was not good. Walk from the lobby to the sky tower was miserable. Elevators hardly worked efficiently.

Circus Circus was convenient for the Italian Festival that was going on. Our rooms were waaaaaay far away from parking. Elevators worked poorly, and there were long lines to even get on them. Several members of our group had to use the stairs from the 15th floor and above to get up or down to the main level. On our last day, there was a water leak which made getting to the elevators impossible. Much work is needed for this hotel!
