The fan didn’t work in the room and no one came to fix it after telling them it needed fixed. It was super hot. Didn’t like the door to the adjoining room because the people next door were super loud. Just seemed old and dated and not very clean. Would not stay here again

It was nearly impossible to find the elevator to our room. Everyine staff gave directions, they were super friendly but once we started walking, we got turned around again. It took a total of 1+ hours trying to find our way to our room with heavy bags and them back to our room after hanging out in the casino. We pride ourselves on having a good sense of direction, but your maze was an absolute insane and that will deter me from ever staying at your hotel ever again!

I was so surprised with how nice and clean everything was! The staff was so friendly and welcoming to me and my son. It was nice having a 12 o clock check out, and the midway was actually pretty decent sized, and the gifts were pretty good too. I’m not sure when we will be back, but if we ever do, we’ll be going back to circus circus Reno.
