Perfect!

We absolutely loved our stay! We were in town for a volleyball tournament and it was so great to enjoy this home out of the city - the hot tub and views and game room. But still an easy drive to the convention center. It is the best stocked kitchen! Beds super comfy. We had 10 in our group but could very comfortably fit more. Living room with fireplace was lovely to gather. Hot tub was so relaxing. The hosts were wonderful and very responsive. Thanks so much for everything!!!!

Amazing stay for a big group!

This house was exactly what we were hoping for. It was excellent for our large group, with plenty of beds and bathrooms. The kitchen was well equipped and Deborah was extremely responsive when we had any questions. Our group enjoyed the hot tub as well as the patio tables outside. We would definitely book this house again!

Dream Getaway Home

What a dream home! I’m so grateful I chose this home to rent for the weekend. It was absolutely the BEST home we have ever rented. The host Deborah was kind and welcoming. She gave us an overview of the home and made us feel very welcome. The house was very clean, and absolutely stunning. It was fully stocked with more than any home we have rented. Photos do not do justice! Our family had the absolute best weekend and can not wait to come back! HIGHLY RECOMMEND! 10/10 experience.

Fantastic Home for Families & Friends

Very personal experience from moment of arrival to departure. Close access to to Tahoe Lake and amenities in Reno. Everything that you want to do with 30 minutes of the property. Overall property was extremely clean and well taken care of. Would definitely stay at this property again.

Absolutely Amazing In All Aspects!!!

Our Big Armenian family cannot thank the landlords enough for their amazing generosity. We felt at home from the very beginning as your property is so well equipped, very clean, organized, well set up and perfect for any size family. All 18 of us absolutely loved the place and would recommend it to anyone in a heartbeat. The hot tub was the icing on the cupcake! Very spacious, clean and amazingly comfortable. White Christmas in the Mountains

We enjoyed a snowy Christmas on Mt. Rose. The hosts went above and beyond to provide assistance in arrival and departure during the "blizzard of '21". They made sure our holiday was warm and bright. Will definitely rent from them again!!

Beautiful house

This house was perfect for our little getaway! Owner was extremely nice and gave us a tour of the property. She gave us updates of all the skiing resorts of what’s open. The house was super clean and spacious. There were beds for all of us and plenty of room for our game night. Would definitely stay here again.

My Rose Mountain Beauty!

Deborah was great, very responsive, so accommodating, and helped us coordinate our stay perfectly! She did a really nice job updating the house with perfectly luxurious contemporary yet rustic furnishings! The house had all the amenities and extra cooking supplies to make our trip extra easy! From olive oil, Nespresso pods, to ziplock bags, fluffy soft towels and quality soap in all bathrooms! We even had a lovely alfresco dinner outside with perfect weather surrounded by the mountains and pine cones! No bugs in sight! I would say the upstairs living-room set up like a master bedroom, although it was my favorite, and would be perfect if you have small children, would not be so private if you had friends walking through to get to the other 2 bedrooms. We were 3 couples so the house was perfectly for us. We had a blast and can’t wait to come back this winter to try out Mt Rose Ski area! - Sarah & Graham

Fantastic property

We had been planning a family gathering for months around my niece's baby shower. However, with the pandemic, had trouble booking a venue for the actual event. We found Mountain Haven and it solved all the challenges. Huge home that is well spread out, yet offers privacy so you are not on top of each other. Outside the home offered a spot for our gathering with great social distancing. Deborah and Tom were fantastic and helped with each of our questions/needs!

Spectacular Stay!

First off, this place exceeds all expectations. The photos do not do this home justice. We stayed here for my wedding, which was 3 minutes away and was the perfect place for everyone to stay at. Everyone had their own bed and the kitchen had ample seating for everyone. Deborah was the perfect host: meeting us at the property to show us around and even mailing us a card we left behind! We will gladly visit again!!! The kitchen and bathrooms are fully stocked, extra blankets and pillows. They thought of everything! Do not think twice about this home, it’s everything you could want in a vacation home.

Fabulous home!

The home was spectacular and huge. For a family of 8 there was more than enough space to roam around. The game room was awesome and our kids had a blast playing pool and shuffle board. The home was well stocked with supplies and amenities. The owner Deborah was very attentive to our needs and great in communicating whenever we had questions. She and her husband went out of their way to bring us kayaks as well. It's too bad we couldn't get the chance to use them since the Sheriffs Dept and Highway Patrol closed off/limited the number of cars to Sand Harbor that Sunday morning, even after waking up early to be in line by 7am. We had the greatest time relaxing inside and outside (hot tub) and enjoying the natural beauty that surrounded the home in the mountains, Thank you for allowing us to stay in your home Deborah! We hope to return to Reno in the near future and stay at your home once again. Our only suggestion would is to possibly add blinds or curtains in restrooms and bedrooms for a bit more privacy especially since there were hikers/adventurers at 6am during our stay.

Best Home We’ve Stayed In Yet

In all the years of going on ski trips in Tahoe, this was by far the best house we have ever stayed in. Great location near Mount Rose ski resort, only minutes away. The home was gigantic with plenty of play areas for all of the kids and our 6 families. The owners thought of every detail in the house, from an Insta pot in the kitchen to plenty of boardgames for the kids. We all agreed that the bar was set very high with this house. We hope to come enjoy it again next year.

Vacation home

I was very pleased with this home. The exterior was nice and clean. The interior was also clean to the touch. I don’t think I found any patches in the house that was dusty, which showed me how well kept this home has been. Words can’t describe how cozy this place was until you see it for yourself. This house has everything you need; hot tub, pool table, shuffle board (could use more games), plenty of beds for a large group, laundry machines, plenty of dinner ware, tupperware to store food while you’re there, etc. What also made my visit so much better was the communication between the owner and I. She was very kind and responsive to my questions and concerns. She really made sure my family and I were comfortable and taken care of. I would definitely stay at this place again in the future.
