We had to go back 2 times to get the keys reprogrammed and ultimately had to be assigned to a new room that did not have the bed configuration we had reserved. The resort employees were helpful and the room satisfactory, but inconveniencing customers with something we were told might have been due to testing being done on doors without compensation of any kind, was rather poor customer service.

The room was decent, dated but clean and everything in good order. However, the elevators were a nightmare. I was on 10, waited over 15 minutes to get one. Another time i had to take the stairs to some seeding smelly alley. I assume this was a fire exit.m, no alarm though.
