Our only issue was that the desk attendant forgot to call for the shuttle after we requested it. Had to go back to the desk again when the driver hadn't shown up after waiting for 45 minutes. Otherwise everything was fine.

A great place to stay if you’re departing on a flight early in the morning. The bed was comfortable. The air conditioner was very noisy and cycled on and off all night and just made a racket.

The hotel was clean and comfortable but short staffed, at least the front desk was. My TV didn’t work so I called the desk and was told she would call me back. I waited about 45 minutes before I called back. I explained that I had called before and was told she had been busy and would send someone. Someone did come up about a half hour later and fixed the TV. Someone should have checked to make sure it was working BEFORE I checked in so that all my waiting could be avoided. When I checked in there was quite a line, which is why they appear to be understaffed, as well. I took the shuttle to the airport and the driver was very nice. The front desk staff was nice, as well; I just think they need more staff.

Comfortable but noisy.
Waited about 25 minutes to get checked in (a problem with a reservation for the people ahead of us) Soccer teams in the hotel were very noisy! Sounded like horses galloping through the hallways!😏 However, our overall experience was pleasant, the bed and pillows were comfortable and the breakfast was nice and warm.
