We like to stay here due to convenience, easy parking, restaurant, close to shopping near airport and casinos... rooms are good size, Price is Fair. Property is "AGING"...could use a "REFRESHER". Our room (this Time)...reeked of Old cigarette smoke...Carpet probably Enhances that. I suggested "PAINT AND LINOLEUM FLOORING".

I walked into my room and was instantly overwhelmed by the stench of cigarette smoke. The windows had clearly been left open in a half-hearted attempt to “air it out,” but the smell was unbearable. When I asked for a different room, I was told there were no other pet-friendly rooms available—yet I had to pay extra fees for my dogs, who are far cleaner than the last guest. The odor gave me a pounding headache, and all of my belongings now reek of smoke. The fact that management would knowingly assign such a disgusting room, charge additional fees, and then refuse to offer a solution is nothing short of outrageous

The best parts (and admittedly, the most important!) were the excellent LOCATION - basically "across the road" from the airport - and the free, fast, and convenient AIRPORT SHUTTLE - both ways. (My plane came in very late at night and I just needed a hotel room overnight before a drive to Lake Tahoe for an event.) The hotel shuttle drivers were so FRIENDLY, WELCOMING, and overall very HELPFUL, also expressed surprise and gratitude for the tip rather than making me feel it was expected or required. Their good attitude made up for the checkin slowness and the one unhelpful staff member who had a poor attitude towards me when I called from my room to ask about the Wi Fi which did not work when I tried multiple times. If I am just wanting to "Keep the main thing the main thing", the hotel was still good due to its location and airport shuttle service.

The hotel was affordable and very convenient for a convention I attended with friends, the cleanliness was fine. However, for the days I was there, the card lock closest to my room wouldn't work except the first time. On one of the nights, the card to our room wouldn't work, so we went to the front desk. The gentleman working there was sitting watching a computer, feet up on the desk, arms up and behind his back and didn't move or acknowledge us until a few seconds after we asked for help. It felt that we bothered him - there was no apology for the inconvenience or an ounce of customer service. On the other end, the lady that checked us in was extremely pleasant.
