Room was ok for a price. HVAC unit was running all night long, unable to adjust to run well. Front desk staff was running around like in emergency. They called us at 10:00pm (we were already asleep, since we had early flight) and asked to come to them to sign the paperwork that I already signed (they apparently lost it). Consider piling more experienced crew for night shift)

The hotel never picked me up from the airport. My daughter and I call several times. Each time, they confirmed the shuttle was on the way. After 1.5 hours, we had to book a different hotel that would pick us up in minutes.

Indian cuisine was only option, and they were closed on a Monday afternoon/early evening. Heater cycled on and off throughout the night with temperature set to 63...hard to sleep! Staff was helpful with bad toilet tank valve replacement! Room phone out of order, called front desk with cell phone...
