We had to change rooms twice. The first time because the room was super musty, it smelled like there could be mold. The second time because the room was super loud. They put us right next to the room that has the staff elevator so we could hear it an night and it was loud. The third room was fine.

Everyone, bar staff, register staff, central cafe staff, security, just everyone! Were wonderful. The room was so comf , pillows could be softer, need more plugs by the beds for cpaps, cell phones, laptops etc.... loved the bathrm set up. Cant say enough how friendly everyone was. Sean in the central cafe night shift was so friendly thoughtful and pleasant to us late night early AM diners.
