Clean room but we could not get kureg to work. They were supposed to refill pods but did not. Did self check in so never saw staff. Elevators took forever. We had to go up to get down to lobby, it's like it would not read our floor. Other than that everything was good. Beds were comfy and lots of room.

Old hotel with slow elevators and escalators always broken. Those two things wouldn't be so bad if there were stairs but those didn't make the cut in the final architectural design. The room was updated but now very clean. Smoking is allowed in the casino which was gross.

There was loud banging throughout the night and morning. I went to the front desk @3am to tell them, they said they would comp me their resort fee but they never did. Overall, nice room but terrible service. I don’t think they’ve earned my business.
