The staff were so kind, and helpful. Never been checked I /out so painlessly. Room was so amazing. Clean, comfortable and spacious. AAA +++. Also has a FREE shuttle at 4:00 AM to the airport. I was able to cancel my Lyft.

New unexpected charges: $12 for parking and $8 for what used to be a free breakfast. It was a very cold night, and when we entered the room the temperature was set to 62 degrees—brrr. The thermostat on the wall didn’t work, so we had to manually override the window heater. Every time it turned on, it blew cold air for about two minutes before any heat came out. All of this made for a long, uncomfortable night with very little sleep. ☹️

Check-in staff was rude and dismissive. They told me they wouldn’t honor my Globalist status because my coordinator booked through a third-party platform — something I’ve never had an issue with anywhere else. I stay over 180 nights a year, and this was one of the worst check-in experiences I’ve had. Very disappointing.
