I purchased a room at the casino Tower! As I like to be right down in the casino when I get off the elevator. The Employee checking us in said that I booked for the resort… I pulled up my reservation and showed her. Then she became very ignorant to me wouldn’t talk to me just basically tossed our keys to us after she made the correction!! you pay for a certain room you want that room!!
