Great stay overall! Hotel was very clean and comfortable, only downsides were how crowded the pool was (that was expected, though) and the difficulty to find parking. It is always VERY difficult to find an open parking spot whenever we stay here!

Normally I would give 5 stars however this trip there was no way to reach the 2 nd floor of the garage from the upper floors. Some prankster jam the 2nd floor selection button on the left garage elevator and the right elevator would not respond. This means there is no way for a handicap person to get to the 2nd floor in the garage. I reported 3 times nothing. I walked down some people cannot
