Thank you so much for sharing your recent experience with us. I am sorry that your experience did not meet your expectations. I was on property when you arrived and I do not feel the front office associate was rude to you in the slightest. I am sure that after your travel, hearing the news you heard equaled rude. As we stated at check in, your reservation was booked for the night prior to when you actually arrived at the hotel. The reservation is only valid until 1am which is the close of the business day. At 1 am the rooms was released back into the hotel's inventory and in turn was sold. The notations on your reservation said you would be arriving late, not arriving the next morning. I am sorry for the inconvenience that you experienced. Safe Travels.
