Construction happening and room and hall smelled like paint. Locked out of the room multiple times last day and staff was very rude and unhelpful. Your key shouldn’t deactivate u til you check out. Garbage hotel

Things have gone downhill since last year. I have stayed here multiple times as an economical alternative to ski lodging in Truckee. It's just 20 to 30 minutes away. Unfortunately, the wifi did not work, the pool and gym were closed for extensive remodeling, the carpet in my room was very wet (like soak your socks wet) near the coffee pot, and there was a loud family next door. Disappointing and maybe its not worth saving the money.

Stay away. Misleading advertising. After I checked in - I discovered the pool not operating and heavy smoke in room. I had left and now they refuse to reimburse. Beware.

The older gentleman with a white beard that checked us in wasn't personable at all. Other than the check in, everything else was great. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable.

Staff was hospitable upon arrival, Room was updated and clean. Also...Hotel offered Semi Big Truck with Trailer Parking which was important to us because we were OTR working. Truck parking accommodated several Trucks & only approximately 300 feet from main entrance to Hotel/Casino. Also security patrolling grounds.

The room was comfortable but the problem was the service. We came back to my room finding that wasn't clean, no towels and we asked reception twice for our room to be serviced but it didn't happen. Other than that it was great.
