The pool was closed the first night we were there and the elevator was broken all weekend. The food choices also could have been better. However, the hotel and room were very clean, and all the amenities in the room were wonderful. Sheets and pillows were extra soft. Overall, we will definately be back.

We got caught up in the snowstorm and will be arriving late for our check-in. They were able to accommodate us and were very understanding. Our room was very clean and cozy, and complementary breakfast was satisfying staff are friendly, and the customer service was great. My kids love the indoor heated pool. The hotel was very nice. The only real problem was the bed was hard as a rock. So for people that like a firm mattress you would be good. If you need a softer mattress i would recommend something else.
