The outside of the property was beautiful to look at night when it was lit up. The valet and staff greeted you upon arrival. The lobby and the rooms are clean with plenty of linens however outside of our room there were dirty dishes left by previous guests and on the elevator. Also there’s a lot of construction going on right next to the hotel which began at 6 and 7 AM every day.

Everything was perfect except for some of the dining staff on the Grange. They seemed somewhat frazzled at times and not as friendly as the rest of those in the entire hotel.

The pool area was too small, not enough loungers available for the amount of guests using the pool! We sat on the ground the whole day by the pool. Room service did not service our room, or change out towels everyday
