This hotel was fabulous. Great location, close enough to walk to Lower Broadway, but far enough to be in a quiet area that is accessible. Room was very comfortable and downstairs bar had great service. Highly recommend.

This is a great place to stay when traveling to Nashville and wanting to explore Broadway and the surrounding areas. It’s pretty centrally located which makes it very convenient. There’s a Whole Foods less than a block away along with all the coffee and restaurants of Broadway within a few blocks distance. It’s a perfect spot to be close enough, but yet have quiet at night. I can’t forget to mention the smell of the hotel lol it’s amazing.

Staff was useless. People smoking marijuana and when alerting the staff nothing was done. They told us we could have late check out and then the day of check out they said no we could not and mind you we are Hyatt members. For early check in we had to pay $150. Vegas only charges $50 for early check in. The bartender at the pool was rude and charged us $16 plus tax plus some other fee for something else. Most of their drinks were pre-made. It was a nice hotel but I do not recommend staying there due to their staff and regulations.

Staff was incredible and accommodating. The hotel is in the perfect location as it’s a 5 minute walk to broadway and all the bars/restaurants but also just enough away where you can also get away from the nightlife! Great spot! Will definitely be back to Grand Hyatt Nashville!!
