Beautiful hotel with great amenities and ideal location for exploring the tourist attractions of Nashville. Concierge was very helpful. The room was clean and the bathroom/shower was incredible. I loved the rooftop bar. The room felt pretty basic besides the bathroom but it was a nice hotel. $70/night for parking was a bit excessive especially considering the cost of the room.

Spent NYE at the Grand. Our room was on the 15th floor overlooking the Frist Art Museum. It was clean and sexy and the view was amazing. Super comfortable King Sized Bed and very clean. Bellhop service was impeccable- and Valet was fast and friendly. Hotel was decorated for Christmas and NYE. Lobby Bar was nice, however closed early on NYE- we felt like it should have been open until at least 2. We were close to Bicentennial Capitol Mall State Park which is where we celebrated NYE and had an amazing time. The hotel Rooftop restaurant had an event for NYE but the cost seemed too high ($275 pp) with only a 20% discount for hotel guests. We ordered Room service for breakfast on NY day and the food was not as good as we had hoped. Bacon was hard and inedible and eggs were cold. We would skip that the next trip and eat at one of the local restaurants. Hotel is walking distance to Broadway and to the Gulch. Looking forward to staying here again.

I got sick the morning I was leaving and dialed "0" and told the lady I was sick and needed a sprite and Alka-Seltzer. They charged me $8 or $10 plus service charge and no Alka-Seltzer. I thought because I was sick they wouldn't charge me.

The night manager, Brij, went above and beyond to make sure our check-in was enjoyable since we had a 3-hour travel day turned into 12-hours. We were exhausted and a little cranky but he gave us a wonderful city-view room on a high floor for our boys 16th birthday. The next morning, they treated us to the most beautiful cupcakes and a hand-written note from Brij to honor this special occasion. We were so blown away by his hospitality and the entire staff while we were there. This hotel is gorgeous and in a wonderful location, walking distance to Broadway but also to a lot of other family-friendly entertainment like Puttshack and Pin Mechanical Co. (and pizza from godfathers). Wow. We so enjoyed our stay and will be back!!!

Our stay at Grand Hyatt Nashville was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment we walked in, everything felt elevated — stunning design, immaculate spaces, and an atmosphere that somehow manages to feel both luxurious and comfortable. Honestly? We didn’t even want to leave the hotel. The rooms are gorgeous, the beds are next-level comfortable, and every detail feels intentional and thoughtful. The common areas are beautiful without being stuffy, and the entire property feels like a destination all on its own. Service was seamless — professional, warm, and attentive without being overbearing. It’s rare to find a hotel that nails both style and soul, but this one absolutely does. We were completely blown away and will 100% be back. If you’re considering staying here, stop thinking and book it. This place sets the bar.
