This hotel was fabulous. Great location, close enough to walk to Lower Broadway, but far enough to be in a quiet area that is accessible. Room was very comfortable and downstairs bar had great service. Highly recommend.

The property is beautiful and upscale; the food was amazing and drinks delicious. We upgraded our room and it was a beautiful view! However upon arrival, every surface in our room was covered in a thin layer of dust. We also had old food in the fridge (we had to ask it to be removed twice) and we only had one housecoat. We were given a bottle of apology wine, however the card was made out to someone else so we’re not positive if it was even for us!

I came in at 2:30 I got the keys to the room at 5:30. This people don’t know how to manage the hotel They upgraded my room, but the room was next to railroad tracks and overlooking the parking lot , I wonder what is not upgraded room . I was pisssed.

The hotel was beautiful,fresh,and clean. From the moment you enter the hotel it smells fresh and clean; the rooms smells, fresh and clean as well. Staff was welcoming. This is a great place to stay when traveling to Nashville and wanting to explore Broadway and the surrounding areas. It’s pretty centrally located which makes it very convenient. There’s a Whole Foods less than a block away along with all the coffee and restaurants of Broadway within a few blocks distance. It’s a perfect spot to be close enough, but yet have quiet at night. I can’t forget to mention the smell of the hotel lol it’s amazing.
