This hotel was fabulous. Great location, close enough to walk to Lower Broadway, but far enough to be in a quiet area that is accessible. Room was very comfortable and downstairs bar had great service. Highly recommend.

The hotel and our room was so beautiful! Service was quick and friendly. The only 2 things we didn’t like is was there was a stain on the couch and for a $600 room I don’t feel that’s acceptable. Also we ordered breakfast in bed and the food was beautifully presented but the biscuit and gravy was not southern style and was poor in taste and my husbands steak was very dry! We would definitely stay here again just not order room service. Other than that it was truly a beautiful hotel we really enjoyed our stay!!!!

The Grand Hyatt hotel was overall amazing! The front desk staff was very professional and welcoming. The club lounge staff went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable! The concierge, John, helped make our trip memorable by adding a sweet surprise for my daughter’s 22nd birthday!
