Great...but

Beautiful and unique hotel. Bed was very comfortable and theu accept dogs, as I had both with me. I was disappointed that there are restaurants at the hotel but they do not offer room service. I stayed in the Junior King Suite and for what I paid all other hotels offer this.

We arrived around 9PM Christmas Day. The valet and front desk were so kind and welcoming. The interior design of this hotel is obviously really great. Two free bottles of water in our room and a 20.00 credit towards the cafe in the morning is a great perk. There were a bit of smears on the wall and sheets of one of the beds in our room. No bell hopper service. Only valet parking offered onsite. The front desk staff in the morning was rude. Overall I would stay here again, and enjoyed our stay!!

what an amazing space with the coolest details and stellar service! we are designers & photographers, so our surroundings are always a top priority when we book a place to stay. our whole experience was incredible and we loved all of the smaller details to the overall fabulous design. staff was friendly, helpful and we will definitely be back! cheers!
