Great location. Decent breakfast. Staff was overwhelmed at breakfast and it wasn’t very busy. Overall the hotel staff was really good though. Myra was very helpful.

I have been to Nashville three times and I always stay here! Service, rooms, location are all perfect. The shuttle driver Josh was amazing and exceptionally accommodating. Will never stay anywhere else and will certainly recommend to any who go to Nashville.

Initially, this hotel didn’t honor the 2 queen bed booking ( pre-paid). They allotted king size bed room. Then I argued for my reservation for 2 queen bed/room. The front desk person told me that they will not honor Expedia booking. I should have reserve through their hotel website. Not through Expedia. They treat Expedia customers very badly. Finally I argued and forced them to give 2 queen bed/room.
