Property and the room were beautiful. We came in early on our arrival and were told our room would be ready in approx 2 hours. That changed several times. We were told to stay close as our room would be ready. Unfortunately the lack of communication resulted in us wasting the afternoon to get checked in. If they just told us you can’t check in until 4pm that would have been fine. They bought us lunch and drinks to make up for it.

Short stay in Nashville. Lovely hotel. Good restaurant & lots of other dining options & activities nearby. I would do Uber or Lyft next time , as the parking is very expensive at $55/day. But many venues, museums, restaurants are within walking distance. Loved the updated decor & cleanliness. Only problem was getting into a room in a timely manner.

Great hotel. Super comfortable beds. Love the record player and vinyl albums. everything’s walking distance a block away from Broadway. convenience store half a block away. Restaurant was good too! Will definitely come again!
