This was a stay to break up our trip. Everything was fine. Our room was clean and the people at the desk were very pleasant and nice. It was promoted that there was a pool but when we arrived it was green and very dirty. Breakfast was just ok.

My stay was a business trip, overnight. I had quite a long day driving and it was a blessing to have the check-in process so quick and pleasant. Staff was wonderful and the room temperature was perfect. Just what a person needs after a long day.

This property is in poor shape. The pool was disgustingly. The carpet in rooms dirty, the bathroom was dated and needs to be painted and refreshed. The walls in the room were pretty dirty. Staff was helpful and responsive. Breakfast was good each day. Also, the elevator inspection has been expired since last year.

Pool looked like river water. Could not use. Water stains in ceiling of bathroom. Shower head fell off. Generally, stay at Hilton properties but I have found Hamptons not up to other Hilton brands. Had to stay there as Home to Suites was booked. One thing though Staff-- Incredibly friendly and helpful. Breakfast also very good. Kudos to the kitchen.
