A beautiful facility that is very clean and well staffed. The staff was exceptional and very accommodating. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The beds were somewhat firm, but pillows were very comfortable. Within walking distance of many restaurants.

The rooms air condition and exhaust vent need major maintenence. Sever condensation, humidity high, air quality poor due to mildew and mold odor throughout room. Reported, change rooms, same situation. Not a pleasant experience. Experian gave high review but it was false reviews on this building. I give it poor reviews. Health Department, and Building &Safety should conduct inspection on building and rooms.

Room smelled like seven day old shoes

The entrance is blocked by construction. But that wasn't too bad once you figured it out, the room. Smelled like 7 day old shoes, the coffee maker. It was filthy. The bathroom was okay. It seemed like they save this room or a room like this. For hotel dot com discounted

I accidently booked the wrong night and called the hotel within 30 seconds of booking it to shift the date or cancel and they refused so I was not reimbursed and couldn’t move the night.

The property is very clean and close to the airport. This is our second time staying here and we will be back again the next time we fly. Our room had a horrible smell of mildew which was not there last time we stayed. Overall it’s cheap and clean. Good for a overnight stay
