Shuttle risk

Front desk staff were friendly and the room was very comfortable and clean. Major frustration regarding shuttle service. When I checked in I requested shuttle service for 5am. She logged my request, but never mentioned that the shuttle was from another hotel and there was the risk that it could be full and might skip me, which of course is what happened. Had I known that was the case I would have requested the 4:30 time slot. Anyhow, the gentleman at the desk in the morning was helpful and had the driver pick me up on her return. Once at the airport the line for dropping off luggage was incredibly long as was the security line. I finally made my 7AM flight as they were boarding. I would recommend an Uber to make sure you have plenty of time.

Very nice hotel! The only option I had was 4 or 5 stars - I would have given 4.7, not 5 because the shower was cold and the repair man is handling 2 locations...had to get to bed!! Definitely would stay again!

The hotel was nice. Rooms are clean and beds were very comfy. For the price, I think it’s a very good place to stay. Super convenient to everything. The only thing I wish had been a little better was the breakfast options. It would have been nice if they had healthier options like yogurt or other fruits besides apples.

The parking was a joke. It looks like something out of a horror show. I have to walk around the building, I see two employees standing in the parking lot and I go on in the front door. I wait 10 minutes (this is at 2 am, so clearly not busy). I went to the employees in the parking lot and ask if they could help me check in. They didn’t even see me walk in and one of the employees was SECURITY! When I made the reservation and also called the hotel directly, I asked if I could leave my car there until I flew back into town and was told BOTH TIMES yes. The gentleman at the front desk the next morning said they don’t do that. I had to hurriedly find somewhere to park my car. That was the ONLY reason I booked with that hotel because I was told I could park there. Never again.
