The rooms were clean and our stay was peaceful. The staff went above and beyond for us when my son left his wallet in the room. We live far away so we weren’t able to go back to retrieve his wallet, but they were nice enough to mail it back to him. I really appreciate the staff here and would stay again.

I traveled with 4 friends, and we chose this hotel because of its location and price, as well as the convenience of offering an airport transfer service at least in theory. Two of my friends arrived first and said that after waiting for a while, a black van with the hotel’s name finally showed up. However, the driver said he didn’t work for the hotel but could drop them off there. He was rude the entire time, forced them to pay the fee, and even yelled and insulted them. I arrived shortly after with two other friends, and our experience was also terrible. After a long flight and a considerable wait, the van pulled up, we waved at the driver, he clearly saw us, but still drove off with no passengers. After waiting another 45 minutes, the driver finally came back, was extremely rude, and drove way too fast the entire way. Finally, when we checked in and were changing clothes to head out, housekeeping knocked on the door and immediately tried to push in their key card, saying we weren’t supposed to be in that room eventhough they were the ones who had given it to us. Luckily, we had the safety latch on, because all of us were changing at the time… All in all, I do not recommend this hotel!

I stayed here for 4 nights hung the clean towel sign on my door 2 days didn’t get em had to go to front desk to get some clean towels , requested housekeeping twice they never came 4 nights nobody came to get my trash , provide clean towels , ask if we needed anything … I ain’t NEVER had this type of experience where I ask the front desk was this normal for them to not come clean even with the sign she said “you ever heard the saying can’t beat a dead horse” !! She said I’ll write your room number down for them to clean tomorrow cause I JUST got here at 3 and they leave at 4 …. Ohhh and the parking was terrible !!!! If we ain’t parked by 11 the parking lot look like it’s an arena parking we had to ask the front desk what we was suppose to do they came out in had us park in the (10min limit parking in the front)
