Cleanliness- they didn’t clean under the sofa or rug and it was very dusty. Not a huge deal, but gross when you drop something and have to reach under. The bed was ok, but the cushion headboard kept falling on us while sleeping- should be attached to wall to prevent that. Towels were not very soft, but clean. And no microwave in rooms. Pillows were very comfortable and the staff was accommodating

I like the bathroom with open shower concept along with the décor of Margaritaville signs and art work on the walls. One thing I disliked was the limited food selection at poolside restaurant.
