We were greeted by a great staff that was so nice and helpful. The room was clean and nice. The restaurant and bar staff were entertaining and friendly. We will definitely be back. The location is within walking distance of shopping, dining and entertainment.

The room and hotel were nice and in a great location. Unfortunately, due to the weather, the hotel was overbooked and resulted in a long check in process and no room for awhile at 6:45 at night with a child. They were trying their best, however I am unclear how for so many of us who had already prepaid, we had nowhere to check in. After waiting about 30 minutes they were able to find me a room.

My only complaint would be the cost of valet parking. My nephew came to meet us and have dinner and was charged 75$ for a hour and a half…that’s ridiculous as guest of guests staying at this hotel and eating dinner at JWB…
