They canceled my reservation, the hotel is saying Travelocity canceled it , Travelocity is saying the hotel canceled it , no one wants to claim responsibility, the manager kept trying to say it could have been a bad credit card over and over even though the credit card worked just fine for everything else , Travelocity said the hotel canceled my reservation bc I wasn’t there at 4 pm for check in , the hotel said they didn’t , but I was a no show even though I drove 5 hours and was there at 9 pm and was sent away bc there was no rooms available

The staff was amazing, super friendly and helpful. The room was great the only issues I had with this hotel was that the breakfast was subpar and the hotel stinks. It smells like an old dirty carpet that hasn’t been cleaned in years. It was so bad it made my allergies flare up. They should consider removing the carpet or having it professionally cleaned.

Alexis Inn the lobby smelled like smoke and mold on arrival. The parking lot gate is awkward upon entering. The parking lot is very lit at nightime, the area seems safe. There is only 1 elevator, the hallway smelled like smoke, very musty. We had an executive suit, it was dark drab, smelled like smoke, weed, and musty. The walls were thin you could hear everything. The carpet was dirty, the room was dark. The breakfast was typical hotel breakfast.

This was our first time staying here and we would definitely stay here again. The room was very nice with a great little seperate kitchenette area which I didnt expect. We weren't in our room enough to use it, but it was a nice feature. The only complaint I have is about the bathroom sink area. It was very inconvenient. There are no towel racks or shelving to keep towels or washcloths by the sink, so you had to walk them into the bathroom to hang them up. It was also inconvenient for 2 people trying to get ready. Minor things. The breakfast was a nice mix of hot and cold options which included eggs, sausage, bacon, and waffles. And onsite parking was a plus. Definitely worth the price!
