I didn’t stay at the property. The room was unacceptable - it smelled like a dog had died in there and very moldy smell. My nose was running and I got a headache while in the room, so I decided to leave. The beds did look clean but the motel itself is very run down. I have no idea why it is rated high unless they gave me the worst room and expected me to upgrade. Hotels always let me cancel if a room is unacceptable, but Travelocity has no such rules and I couldn’t cancel and the automated bot did not let me contact a real representative. And Red Roof Inn pocketed my payment. This is a scam!!!!

Where do I start. This was my first time in Nashville. My room was disgusting. I let the front desk know and she said that would be a housekeeping problem. So i got lysol and sprayed everything. I tried to find another room, but they were booked everywhere. The toilet was dirty, shower dirty, food on walls, coffee maker was dirty with a old tea bag and it look like it had not been cleaned for a while. The mixrowave was dirty. The sink was clogged. As i was checking out the cleaning lady was in our room 11:22, she was out by 11:28. There is no way she cleaned that room and sanitize for the next customers. I would never stay here again or recommend too anyone else. Another guy was complaining as I was checking, I should of got out then. I also took pictures.

Our room smelled bad, like dirty feet, and at times like cooked cabbage even toilets. Location Perfect and Staff very helpful and accommodating. I was bitten by a tick while there, which was unfortunate but was credited $50. for inconvenience of the odors.

Something was in the walls.

When we walked in the clerk was sleeping on one of the chairs and only woke up because the door made a loud noise. Once we got to our room we noticed the bathroom was pretty gross, having stuff on the walls and doors. By the time we were laying in bed we started to hear some weird noises, like scratching. We looked under the bed and in drawers but we couldn’t find anything until we realized something was in the wall. We were disgusted. We could hear scratching noises and what sounded like running from multiple spots in the room and we wanted to leave immediately.
