Very up to date and clean hotel. Bed was reasonably comfortable but was a full size, not queen. Sofa was hard. Has laminate style flooring instead of carpet, which is nice for cleanliness. Music Row is kind of a business district so it tends to be quiet after hours. Not a ton of walkable dining options in the immediate area of the hotel. No lobby coffee service in the AM.

Room smelled upon arrival, Their fix was spraying so much fabreeze we had to move to another room which did not have a king bed like the previous room. The staff tried to mask the smell, when house keeping came up the person did not understand english when I was trying to explain the problem. She just kept spraying in the closet.

Clean and comfortable. The immediate surrounding area is not very interesting, but that also means it's quiet. We walked to Bridgestone Arena in under 30 minutes. Great value!

Excellent property. Worst front desk we have ever encountered - pretty shocking actually that people with that robotic -unhelpful-tired of people- no smile -can’t help you, attitude can get and keep a job in hospitality. It really can make the difference between a great and a bad stay, it’s the first impression when you pull up to check in …ironically since the actual place is no bad at all. In our case I really needed an early check in, my son was not feeling well and it would have meant a lot to be able to get in the room a couple of hours before check in time especially as they had rooms available. They charge a $50 early check in which is abusive in my view and make no exceptions. Not even for such justified health reasons. As a result we will likely remember our entire Nashville experience from that unfortunate angle. Will certainly not ever come back to this hotel, which again is actually quite a nice property. Not nice!

The hotel has an odd odor that permeates all the common areas. It’s in a great area. The room was huge and quite nice but could have been cleaner. The gym was great. I was surprised and disappointed that there was no coffee in the lobby. Staff are super friendly and helpful.

We will stay here going forward when in Nashville. You can see the downtown Nashville area, so the Uber ride was $15ish with tip. We preferred the Music Row area with much to do and see within walking distance. Our room was spacious and very comfortable. I’ve found my Nashville place to stay from now on!

Absolutely loved this hotel, perfect condition and nice location. Will definitely stay here again. Parking was a bit tricky as the garage fills up fast and your only other option is to hope to find a street parking spot. In addition, although I paid ahead of time on hotels.com they charged me again for the room. I did check on this before I left and was assured I wouldn’t be charged, however I still was. I did call once I noticed a couple of days after my stay and they did remedy it in a couple of business days!

Great location, nice property with fun rooftop terrace and pool and lounge area. Nice little kitchen in room as well as compfy beds. Helpful staff.
