Courteous staff. Room was very clean. No mold anywhere in the shower. Clean, modern styling. Very comfortable bed. Window covering actually fit in a track, so it drastically reduces exterior lights. I am EXTREMELY angry about the fact that I was not told until the day AFTER it was too late to change my reservation that the parking was either valet or a very long walk. The hotel said it would cost $38 per night for valet, but I was charged $40 per night plus tax. So it cost me an extra $139 above the hotel room!!!!! Then, breakfast is 6:30 on the week days but 7:00 on the weekends. So breakfast started too late for my leave time of 7:15. While the hotel itself was very nice, due to the parking issues I would not stay there again.

Room and service was good. Issue is valet forgot to validate my parking on 2 nights which caused to metropolis app to charge me and now since the stay is over they can’t take a validation. So remove any credit cards you have on file with metropolis if using valet.

Great staff struggling to accommodate locals in the snow storm. Excellent work by front desk, valet and food service. Excellent room and breakfast buffet. However, after waiting for nearly 2 hours for our dinner order, they ran out of food and brought me the wrong car.

The room was great, but I really have to give a shout out to the valet staff! I was there for the winter storm and the valet staff really worked tirelessly to help me get safely back to my car. I would definitely stay here again.

The heat went out in our room. It blew only cold air. Our room was 56 degrees all night. Maintenance was very kind and fixed it in the morning. However, there was no adjustment on the bill or compensation for the major inconvenience, and management never reached out like staff said they would.

We had a great stay at the Element Nashville very clean and the pool was nice the only thing we didn’t enjoy was the parking. Over all it is a very nice property with a great staff.
