The concept of this hotel is unmatched. It was incredible. Also, the accommodations and decor feel like that of a luxury property. However, there is a significant contrast in the rooftop restaurant’s service and food quality. The cooking staff was unprofessional in how they carried themselves, our server looked bored and reflected such when she got multiple orders wrong, and all of it was overpriced. When you dine here, it’s for the view and not the food or service. There is only one offering for breakfast which is in the hotel. It’s a basic motel breakfast but three times the price. Not worth it unless you are starving. Finally, there was no hot water for our entire first day/night. That was very disappointing, but thankfully when we woke up, water was hot and we could shower. We would stay again for the unique experience of the pyramid, but we know what we are getting into with the rest.

This hotel was booked last minute as it looked interesting as we pulled into town. We were very, very surprised at the scale and quality of the finishes. The staff was professional, and the sites were one of the kind.I Definitely recommend considering a stay here.

Attention to detail was wonderful, our room was absolutely beautiful however we were traveling across country pulling a trailer, you should have a separate way of hotel guests to be able to pull in and park more conveniently. Also when booking a room the website automatically sent me to Expedia and that changed the date we were checking in and out and then when we called for them to correct it we were charged additional costs. After check out there were more costs that we were charged and knew nothing about.

Where do I start?! This place is a joke. Everything closes at 8pm. Restaurants, bars. We at at their pyramid restaurant, it was cold and then they microwaved it. Microwaved pasta!! Ughh Unfriendly staff. Zero amenities. They are trying to be Opry Land hotel in Nashville, but didn’t even get close!! It’s like a horror movie where you’re stuck sleeping in a glorified Walmart!

Great place for a family stay, especially at Christmas. Our room had a Christmas tree and a faux fireplace which made a holiday retreat so special. The Bass Pro Shop’s aquariums were magical for our son, and the lookout was great for sunset photography. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

We stopped overnight traveling from Missouri to Florida. Thought we would venture out to Downtown Memphis but there was so much to do at the resort that we never left the property. The room was amazing and the elevator to the observation deck was fun! We will definitely stay again.
