Filthy carpet was noticed as soon as you open room door. Forgot my jacket in the room and was never found by staff.

The room is spacious and nice. Staff wasn’t rude, just not friendly, accommodating or hospitable. We tried to check in at 4pm and rooms weren’t ready. I could totally be with that, it was the lack of grace the staff handled this which was off-setting. No coffee makers in the rooms also a negative for this traveler.

Staff was very nice and friendly. Convenient location. Very comfortable bed. Room was a bit dirty. Stained carpet. Dirty cups. The room was really big and nice. I would have thought it was an amazing hotel if the carpet was clean.

This is an older hotel. Carpet was stained and very old. Parking isn’t included but there is a garage across the street. I did feel very safe using garage. You must have a code to get into garage but it’s $30/day. Loved the rooftop bar. Breakfast being included could have made experience better. I feel like i paid for more than I got. Concierge was the sweetest!!! Enjoyed trip but wouldn’t stay here again.

This hotel is in a great location for a walkable stay in Memphis. The rooftop views of the river are a main attraction. The $10 breakfast is comparable to what some hotel brands offer free so we skipped this the second morning.

We were checked in without a problem. Our two rooms could use some updating. The carpet needs to be replaced. There were what looked like fried chicken crumbs on the sofa, we had to call for towels as well as drinking cups for both rooms. These are basic housekeeping duties that were overlooked. I love the rooftop bar here and the hotel itself. I really hope there is a difference in quality of cleaning before I return.

Rooftop bar of dreams

Highlight is the rooftop bar with happy hour watching sunset over the Mississippi. Good location too. Don’t bother with breakfast with plastic cutlery and plastic food :) Staff almost surly except for doorman.

The rooftop bar is terrible, uncomfortable and poor quality drinks in plastic glasses. Everything was sticky. The room Was ok, but had an odd odor. The television didn’t get reception most of the night. I would not stay there again

The staff was the best part of the stay. They were all incredibly friendly and helpful. The hotel and room itself was nice, although there were minor things that could use updating including the floor in the elevator coming up in one corner and the toilet paper holder in our room wasn’t stable. Again, any issue was minor and would not prevent us from staying there again next time we’re in town.

The room was LOVELY, with really cool, unique art deco fixtures and huge windows in the bathroom! For a similar price, it was by far the nicest hotel we stayed at on our 10 day road trip. The bell hop was incredibly helpful and friendly. The bed and bedding were super comfortable and the lobby had a great breakfast for only $10/guest. The location was also fabulous!

Comfortable accommodation with always helpful and courteous staff in a prime location for all major tourist sites that are within short walking or driving distance. The hotel roof bar and balcony have superb views across the Mississippi river as far as Arkansas and ideal for a perfect sunset.
