Front desk was friendly. But other than that it was really disappointing. I specifically booked this hotel due to the fact that it advertises both on Travelocity and their own website that they have a free airport shuttle. When we got there they basically scoffed and said it doesn’t run till later in the morning. Which is ridiculous. If flights go out early and you offer a shuttle…it should run during those hours. Then they said they would pay for a cab instead. Until I told them what time I needed a ride and they said they couldn’t pay for one that early. Doesn’t make any sense. But they said they would schedule one for us. Which they did. Only to have it arrive 20 minutes late. And then obviously I had to add on the cost of the cab to my trip. Such a bad experience. And definitely will be more cautions of booking after realizing that what places are advertising as amenities aren’t actually true.

This is also mentioned in the FAQ section of our Travelocity page for the convenience of our guests. Listed as having Shuttle service to the airport, but upon checking in found that it doesn't start til 7am. No regular breakfast as stated. Nickel and dimed everything, charging for drinks, etc. Some staff good, some should be fired. Old building, things didn't work un the rooms.

In addition to this, our front desk can help arrange a taxi service to the airport. Nevertheless, we will. discuss your additional comments to ensure that our facilities are in tip-top shape. Staff were super friendly and helpful. A very clean but basic hotel. Beds very comfortable. Bathrooms spic and span. Could practically walk to airport. My only complaint relates to the breakfast buffet still being advertised when it's not currently available. They did make the basics - cereal, yogurt, milk, etc - available though.

I didn't like that the room spesified it came with a microwave and a mini fridge. It did not. My sheets had a hole in them. I had to go to the front desk and get new ones to put on.The room looked like it wasnt even ckeaned. Which i had expressed to the front desk. The bathroom floor had dirt still in corners that hadn't been swept up. Towels had black marks across them. Had to request new ones.
