Everything was GREAT!! Beautiful. Atmosphere was Amazing!! Everything was clean. Service for everything was Excellent, from housekeeping, welcome area on entrance. Joe Merchant was Great and License to chill was cool. Attractions within walking distance!! Our balcony was Nice and Sunny!!, with fun view. We will definitely be returning to Margaritaville Gatlinburg!! We also want to become members of Margaritaville because we want to stay at Margaritaville for wherever we go from here on out in the USA!! Thank You!!

Room was wonderful, got room with balcony and view was okay, good enough for people watching. Close to everything I cared about, food was better than other places around Gatlinburg. Service there was perfect and I would definitely revisit. Was our first time getting a hotel other than a cabin and had no regrets on that! Perfect way to celebrate my birthday for a weekend getaway!

My room had not been properly cleaned when I arrived, there leftover clothing in the floor and the staff was not a bit concerned about the situation. I arrived Monday 20th thru 23rd October checking out at 5:45 - 6:00 am. It’s a nice place to say but I’m not really sure I’ll be back. Very disappointed 😢

This is our second stay at Margaritaville and we plan to stay here again on our next visit to Gatlinburg!, although parking was difficult we noticed many cars without permits and a few guests stating they paid for one room but had several family members stay with them because the rooms were a bit pricey and allowed them to park on the property as well..this may have added to why parking was so challenging..overall the property is beautifully maintained!
