We enjoyed our stay but the check out experience was unpleasant. The printer was broken so the front desk person asked if an email receipt was acceptable which we said yes. I also asked for a balance and upon hearing the amount, questioned if the balance included any of the stay and I could not get a straight answer from him. He just kept repeating, you are all set with a sarcastic smile on his face. I still have not received and email receipt with a breakdown of charges. Staff needs to be trained better on how to interact with their guests.
