"Staff were friendly from start to finish. Location is AMAZING, steps away from Pacific Beach. Walking distance to coffee shops and restaurants. Dog friendly, dogs allowed on beach before 9AM and after 6 PM. BUSY beach and walking path. Huge bedrooms with good air conditioning. Pool looked clean. The only issue is parking. You are given a parking pass but are not guaranteed a parking space near your room especially at night. You may end up parking on the backside by the alley of the hotel or along the street if space isn't claimed early. There are a few unhoused folks near the hotel and by the beach."
