Things to do with kids in San Antonio

It's a difficult task to come up with a better family vacation destination than San Antonio. From orcas to rollercoasters, the city delivers the kid-pleasing goods every time.

There are so many reasons why San Antonio is a favorite destination with families. There are the incredible theme parks, for a start. Then there's the wealth of child-friendly, interactive museums. And of course, there are those awe-inspiring orcas.

Museums for Kids

Animal Attractions

  • Natural Bridge Wildlife Ranch is an "African safari, Texas style". In practice, that means zebras, ostriches, rhinos and more - and you in a car getting a close-up look.
  • Get your wildlife fix in a more traditional setting at the San Antonio Zoo, which is home to 750 species.
