Close to sights like the alamo, but the walk takes you thru homeless camp of people sleeping on the sidewalk. Also, it smells like a toilet and even saw human feces on the sidewalk.

The beds were super hard, water pressure was minimal, the room seemed a little dirty and definitely could be remodeled, the hallway on the 2nd floor smelled of an awful chemical smell, staff was good that we made contact with, the surrounding area did not feel safe, quite a bit of homeless people around. Overall I wouldn’t stay here with kids.

Don’t know why receipt are not given when you sign in. Again no receipt is given at end..it is emailed to you hours later .. they just want you to leave key at the counter .. Anyone can come and pick up key since there was no one at counter .. she just came out and said leave it at counter..

Ms. Dolores at the front desk provided exceptional service. Despite being the sole receptionist with seven individuals in line, she maintained a remarkable level of patience. My five-day stay was a positive experience. The room was impeccably clean, and I was particularly impressed by the absence of any pests. I would recommend this establishment, though a more thorough inspection under the beds is advised, as I discovered a discarded item. Given my observations on Friday and Saturday evenings, the surrounding area was lively due to the nearby clubs. Overall, I would rate my experience a 4.9.

I was on my way to SA when I realized that my concert was rescheduled so I tried calling and calling the hotel to cancel my room. And, no one ever answered. I sent an email that same day since no one was picking up the phone! We'll I finally got a hold of someone and they said I was still charged the no show fee. Mean while the concert venue gave me a full refund. I just think they could have handled it differently. Or given me a chance to stay at a later date. The girl said, cuz it was prepaid in not entitled to a refund.

The staff at this hotel is beyond nice & helpful. The location is perfect for downtown riverwalk & other attractions. You have to walk but very little. If not just Uber! It was great there in San Antonio Highly recommend
