Great staff and service! Loved the food at Bloved and went there for almost every meal. The staff there is wonderful, especially Jaycees, Alberto, and Jhon. They made the trip fun and greet us very friendly every single time. The pool was great! The scenery was amazing! Our room was nice and fresh with flowers from housekeeping. Everything was in top shape in our room.

The property was nice!! But my room was extremely muggy warm smelled damp Ac wasn’t working. Property could do better with communication. As well I paid for an excursion to Maraco club which was okay. Myself and a couple waited for transportation to come and pick us up. Never showed up. Someone else claimed they were there to pick us up from the resort. We all got in and when arrived back at resort he told us $40.00 for the trip. which was already included in the package we paid for we all were unaware of This.

The Catalonia Royal Bravaro was a wonderful resort. The food was amazing, especially the Asian Tao Cat restaurant and the burgers at the beach! The online dinner reservation system was unique and easy to use. We enjoyed not being limited to only a certain number of “specialty” choices. The customer service were also super helpful if you had questions about the system. The room was comfortable and included a hammock option on the balcony which was a first for us! The main pool had a good vibe especially with the personalities of Carlos and Ashley at the bar! All of the staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful! The only thing we did not care for was being pushed by the consierge to go have breakfast with them to potentially “sell” you something; we kept having to say no thank you. The beach was where we spent most of our morning and there was plenty of space however, the closer you sat to the water, the more you were bothered by vendors from off the resort who did not take no for an answer very well. We also were a bit disappointed in the water conditions in front of the resort and had to walk a distance to a sand bar on the family side to find some beautiful turquoise water! Overall, we would highly recommend this resort!

Beautiful property, loved the access to the other Catalonia Resort. Food was great along with the service. Pool was great, the beach was beautiful as well. Room was spacious and the beds super comfy. Played a little bocce as well The nightly entertainment was excellent. Perhaps remove the seaweed

I arrived at your hotel around 1:30 PM and was informed that my room wasn’t ready. I was asked to return in about an hour, so my wife and I went to the lobby restaurant to have some food. At approximately 2:50 PM, I returned to the front desk and was assigned room 3611. Upon entering the room, I found it to be completely unsuitable for staying in. I went back to the lobby and spoke with Xavier, the manager, who assured me that housekeeping would address the issues. I waited in the lobby until around 6:00 PM for the room to be cleaned properly. Even after the cleaning, the room remained unsatisfactory. As a visitor from America, I am here for what is supposed to be a fun and relaxing vacation, but this experience has been anything but enjoyable. When I asked to be moved to another room, both Xavier and Ana told me there were no other rooms available. However, around 8:00 PM, I noticed housekeeping cleaning rooms 3607 and 3612 in the same building, which had clearly been vacated. This contradicted what I was told earlier, leaving me feeling misled and frustrated. It seemed they were aware that I had no other options, given that I am in a foreign country and needed a place to stay. Room 3611 is in terrible condition and should never have been assigned to any guest. It has a strong musty smell, as if it hasn’t been used in a long time. The refrigerator doesn’t work properly, and the bathroom area is in need of repairs. Considering the amount of money I paid to stay at your hote
