Staff needs more training in customer services they do not pay attention to the guest needs, usually you had to address needs so they can get you coffee, drink or simple utensils. If you said something they will argue with you. It was a long week of stress.

Staying at the Riu replublica was not a deception, because I did my research and every single review was bad! Rooms are very dirty, and food is very limited.Personal had a bad mood and attitude every single day.The customers… well it's not the best. My recommendation is not to go .Pays little more a get a best option

The entertainment was very nice. We had so much fun. But property upkeep was not good. Mold in the room with smell and black vents. Some of the staff was very rude and the food wasn’t good but the jerk chicken and the steak house.

The rooms had insects, they were doing remodeling and construction while we were asleep, the food was not as grate and didn’t have many option for an inclusive resort, alcohol drinks only limited options and no other drinks would get made overall we had to visit the hospital after we got back from the trip

Lo que no me gusto que no trabajaba el ceiling fan y lo reporte y nunca fueron a arreglarlo y nunca me mandaron desir cual agencia me iba a levantar al aeropuerto y yo tube que pagar para que me llebaran al hotel y me tubieron que haber mandado el nombre de la agencia antes porque al llegar ahi al aeropuerto no tenia internet y como wuiera nunca me dieron el nombre de la agencia fue muy frustante para mi porque al estar en un paiz que no conocia.

Deberían cerrar el hotel y repararlo fuimos un grupo de amigos el 29 de Agosto y ese mismo día nos fuimos de ese hotel,no teníamos aire acondicionado,lo reporte 6 veces y no hubo arreglo,l puerta del baño no servía me quedé encerrada 3 veces,no teníamos cerradura en la puerta del balcón,la peor experiencia en dos horas que duramos en el hotel,los empleados son muy amables ellos no tienen culpa que la propiedad sea un desastre, nos fuimos a Riu Palace Bavaro y ahí todo es genial ,la propiedad las habitaciones,el servicio es excelente

Mi experiencia con este hotel, fue horrible soy Dominicana y mi esposo es cubano lo lleve para que conozca una parte de mi país y lamentablemente los dos salimos decepcionados. Si estás pensando en quedarte en este hotel te recomiendo que busques otro. El primer día que llegamos nos dieron una habitación que además que no estaba muy limpia que digamos la peste el mal olor que tenía a mojo a húmeda fue horrible. Llegamos tiramos todo y fuimos a comer ya que el vieje fue largo. Volvimos a llegar a la habitación y no aguantábamos el mal olor, los elevadores sin condición con peste y dañados. En una nos montamos y tremendo susto pasé pensé que se vía quedado atrancado cuando le di el botón de emergencia no servía. Al otro día en la mañana ya molesta fui, porque sinceramente no me gusta molestar pero esta vez tuve que hablar para que me cambiaran la habitación. Como fui para el cumpleaños de mi esposo le dije a la que estabas atendiendo no me importa pagar más quiero una habitación buena (fue hablo no sé con quien) y regreso que no tenían una mejor pero que la que me iban a dar iba estar buena y con una vista bonita (por cierto nunca vi la vista bonita) pero bueno la habitación no tenía peste que fue lo que me tranquilizó. Los empleados metiéndose con el turista me refiero que en una estaba sola en la mesa mi esposo seguí buscando comida y vino uno de atrevido. Me pasó por varias ocasiones. La que entrega la toalla no te puedo explicar que mala educación y lo pesada que era. mas..
