Everything was good, the food was good, but the staff were unprofessional and unfriendly. They don't have a generator or an entertainment team. They were unfriendly and very rude.

I booked a double room based on the description stating it could accommodate three people. Upon arrival, I was informed that double rooms do not have two double beds, only one king bed or two twin beds, which cannot accommodate three guests. As a result, I was required to upgrade and pay additional charges. We were also never informed about available resort activities. The upgraded room, located on the first floor, was in very poor condition. The room had a strong unpleasant smell, the air conditioning was noisy and ineffective, and water leaked from the bathroom wall toward the bed. Several fixtures were broken or poorly maintained, including a visibly patched toilet seat and sink, a rusted safe, a nonfunctional TV remote, a TV screen with black lines, and stained, unclean blankets. Security was essentially nonexistent. On the first night, an intoxicated individual attempted to enter our room and aggressively pounded on the door for several minutes. When reported, staff advised that situations like this are recurrent. Food quality and service were also disappointing. Buffet items were frequently overcooked or undercooked, and some appeared to be leftovers. At the steak restaurant, our food arrived cold and we were largely ignored by staff. The resort is poorly maintained, misrepresented, and does not justify its price or star rating. I significantly overpaid for an experience that fell well below acceptable standards.

The room was clean, however staff should check to make sure that room have Green - clean room sign and Red - do not disturb sign. The room only had a Red - do not disturb sign, so no attendant came to the room to clean, make the bed or exchange the towels. I had to go to Guest Services to get assistance. The Specialty Restaurants food was at best room temperature to cold which was very disappointing. Overall the Hotel was good, extremely large property and I was able to get my daily 10000 steps.

Linens and towels were either stained or dirty. Shower smelled of black mold (seemed like the drain). Not enough pillows. Thermostat was just for show- a/c was either on or off- no ability to set the temperature. The housekeeping staff left the patio door unlocked every single day (first floor room.) No water pressure. No facecloths. Not enough loungers on the beach. Staff did not clear the outdoor dining tables quickly- often half were vacant and dirty. The fire alarm system rang at 7am (false alarm), followed by a power outage, and then no water. Guests were not offered an explanation or an apology.

This hotel was amazing!! So fun if you are young and like to party 😊 the rooms very clean, the staff very friendly and good food and drinks, I definitely would recommend to go and I will go back!

I will recommend that the speciality restaurant has a better reservation options. The water in the room was not always hot, it was not a issue for me, but it can be fix. The hotel is well organized not to much noise, I prefer more music at the pool

This was the most horrible vacation ever!! The plumbing is bad. The property smells awful like sewage! The rooms are old. The place should be shutdown immediately!!

The room was ok, we had to change the next morning. Room attendants did not clean our room or leave towels and wash clothes. Service at the front desk was great and that's where it stayed. The food was ok.

1. Tiny bugs, cockroaches on bathroom floors every night. 2. AC started dripping water in the middle of the night, Took several hours to fix. The floor was flooding. 3. Room telephone did not work. 4. Room coffee maker did not work. 5. Cleaning staff had to be reminded and called to get the room cleaned. 6. The rooms need serious renovation. The wood is old and decaying everywhere. 7. Food variety is ok but taste is below average. 8.Will not repeat unless renovated.
