The room #2245 we stayed in was somewhat ok the air conditioning was not working well, the grill on the exhaust fan was all cracked in the restroom, the hair dryer holder was missing two screws and it was about to fall off, there was a roach in the restroom, the restroom smelled like sewer, the shower would flood when in use, sometimes there was no hot water, sometimes there was no water in the shower. The staff were very friendly and kind. The pools were okay and all the palms were very beautiful. The beach was okay. The music and shows were okay. Over all everything was okay we just had a bad experience in our room.
